- Location was perfect, close to the beach.
- All the amenities, great for big groups y that are trying to socialize and have fun
- Nothing. The food was wacky. The room was dirty. No coffee maker neither microwave in the room or near by. Service at the Front desk was unprofessional. Horrible experience. I am requesting my money back.
Cons -
- The service at the pool bar was not very good. Did not take the order at all and had to wait for my wife's food for an extra 40 minutes. And for some reason we were the ones that being blamed.
- This hotel required a renovation 10-15 years ago. I felt like I walked into the year 1995. Not to mention, the sink in the room was leaking and the shower drain was clogged. We mentioned it to the staff but they didn't do anything about it.
- I wish the rooms were a little cleaner, the fridge in my room was leaking, and the towels were really old, so were the sheets. They also took the comforter and never brought it back leaving us with a sheet only
