Both charges will be added to the prepayment of the total reservation amount, which, according to the property’s policy, may be requested at any time from the moment the reservation is confirmed. Payment may be split into up to three (3) interest-free installments for cards issued in Brazil. The property accepts only debit cards issued in Brazil; international debit cards and checks are not accepted. Parking is subject to availability, due to the limited number of spaces. Extra beds for adults are available only for accommodations that allow three (3) paying guests. In accordance with Brazilian Federal Law No. 8,069/1990, guests under 18 years of age are not allowed to check in at hotels unless accompanied by their parents or a legal guardian. If the minor is accompanied by an adult who is not one of the parents, a written authorization notarized by a public notary, signed by both parents, must be presented, along with certified copies of their identification documents. All guests under 18 years of age must present a valid photo identification document that proves their identity as well as their parents’ identity, even when accompanied by them. If the minor is accompanied by only one parent, a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent must be presented, together with a certified copy of the respective identification document.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
