Pros +

We were well treated by the staff. The Front Desk Manager worked hard to change one of our rooms to a twin bed set up rather than the 1 bed configuration it was. The entire time we stayed at the Balmoral, the staff was nice, polite and helpful.

Cons -

We arrived during a time there was a problem with the elevator. Still our rooms were on the 2nd floor, so it wasn't an uncomfortable walk up the stairs.
