- Very friendly staff always happy and helpful the hotel itself had unique boutique decor
- room are not clean and the prices were not the prices we saw on booking .com i reserved a room for R1400 and i end up paying R1700
- It was good but rooms were cleaned late and Small
Cons -
- I was locked out with no way to contact the front office to let me in, luckily I had a friend right close to the hotel that was able to call them. It did take a few attempts before they even opened the gate. I didn't like the fact my shower stayed cold but the staff were very helpful to resolve the issue
