Pros +
- I requested a view of Table Mountain and we had an epic view which included many famous Company Gardens landmarks
- Friendliness of the staff. Beautiful rooms and dining room. Very safe.
- In room 203 there was bed bugs annoying me the whole night, slept only 2 hours
Cons -
- Bring earplugs. It's a party city withany clubs that stay open until 4 a.m.
- Rooms are small
- Didnt like the alarms going off at 0.00. The hotel needs to have system to track rooms who are breaking smoking rules. What should the entire Hotel guest get up and come to foyer where nobody address the guest on what's going on.

I have stayed at Town Lodge Windhoek multiple times, and it’s always been a great experience. The rooms are clean, modern, and have everything I need, like air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The staff is always friendly and helpful and with its central location and good value, it’s my go-to spot in Windhoek. Highly recommend
Always a Pleasure! Town Lodge Windhoek delivered great service. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a perfect location next to The Grove Mall. Comfortable, reliable, and great value. Highly recommended for business
Fantastic location next to nice shopping mall. Staff super helpful!
Rooms are small
Pleasure staff, rooms were fine, but other guests children kept running in foyer

Stayed for one night on a business trip. Town Lodge Windhoek is perfectly located, close to everything in the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and had good Wi-Fi for work. The staff were friendly, and check-in was quick and easy.A great, hassle-free option in Windhoek. Highly recommend!
Near a shopping mall
Rude receptionist called Selma.
The room was fine, of normal size, and quite clean. The shower was large.
At check-in, I was assisted by a lady who told me the room wasn't ready, so I waited. However, the other members of the group I was part of checked in with a man and were immediately given access to their rooms. I asked him if he was sure the room wasn't ready yet, and then, magically, a room appeared for me. Strange...There was no fridge, and the hair dryer was missing from the room. I had to ask at reception, and they gave me a very small one, which was inadequate. As a result, I ended up with wet hair.
The Town Lodge is clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. It's in a good location and the staff were friendly and helpful. It felt like pure luxury. We will go there again.
The bed is a little small and not equipped with disposable slippers. There is no hair dryer.
Clean, convenient and cost effective
Very poor
Had an unpleasant experience from check in. We were given a room and upon getting to the room there were already other people checked into the room. Went back down and the lady who checked us in was gone. She requested we pay upon check in as we were checking out early, but didn't supply us with a tax invoice or read our payment in, because the next morning we were called telling us we didn't pay. The shower was also not attached to the wall-the whole fixture was broken.
Staff members were so helpful. As for Stoffel at reception very helpful. We were lost along the way to the hotel during the night. We called the hotel, Stoffel made sure that we get to the hotel safe , called us all the way to check if we are lost or not after sending the location since we were from South Africa nd we don't know the place.
In the morning when trying to go for breakfast, we were trapped in the room, the door didn't open, struggled to get reception, send the wattsap with no response, we were assisted after an hour. Rushed for breakfast because we were already late
I don’t think I’d come back as I didn’t feel like my money was worth the stay. The pool area is a great place to chill t
There is no communication between the manager I spoke to and the staff that would be on duty when we checked in. We were promised a double room that became available but then when we checked in we only got a twin room and they didn’t have any resolution or try to fix the mix up.
Kind staff, quick check in, good breakfast
Convenient to town and Grove
Duvet and cushions in summer
Good Service, great food, and relaxing room
leaving plates outside the room doorstep once done having your dinner at the room, for it to be collected.
We felt at home. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The place is clean and well kept
