The food was good at breakfast and for room service. The staff was very positive. Having european plugs in the room was a plus.

The rug in the room made it very dusty, which revived my allergies. I would have preferred having electrical plugs near the bed.

From the first day the staff were very helpful and understanding. The facilities were clean and smart. The location was good, not noisy and providing excellent views of the city at night. The food was excellent with lots of options available.

Staff were unhelpful upon checkin, Room door was broken, no towels in the room, no room service you have to go down to get your own food or pay 38 dollars extra to get it brought to the room. Hotel reception called me at 10 pm to come down and pay for the room which was weird because I was already sleeping. Really had a bad time here . Not going to repeat this stay that’s for sure

It was situated in a safe area.

Close to main road which becomes a bit noisy in the early morning and late afternoons. The room felt out of date. The stairs in the passage made it difficult to transport the luggage.

excepcionally good,it is well located, few minutes from Wernil shopping mall and the breakfast improved a lot with an automatic expresso coffe machine

The hotel rooms are old and in dire need of an update. The bathroom towels are old and look grey and worn. The check-in took very long. We were told to sit in the waiting area and wait to be checked in, then waited 20min. The service at the reception desk was extremely slow. Have stayed there twice before but won't stay there again.

Very pleasant staff overall. Exception being the wonderful reception agents and doorman. Always willing to help and always available to sort out anything we required. Manager on duty always available .

Sadly the inconsistancy of the breakfast room. Some items on the buffet some days then some not the next . Constant service was there but not forfiling the roll eg: clearing plates not lwetting them pile up on tables , checking if all is well with customer ( commnunication) then off course the replcement needed of the chairs tables etc all a bit worn down.

as mentioned before . Reception staff and doorman amazing . Location good . Car parking on site free.

Restaurant service needs to be improved , overal restuarant needs a refurb. Inconsitancy with whats on offer daily in breakfast room. Overall purchasing for restuarant not the best. Always items missing from breakfast buffet to the evenign meal menu .

my room , i absolutely adored...it was big and quite fresh even if there was an air conditioner..it was the best..although it was on the second floor i adored!!

the tv channels , they could make use of more movie channels and take out a music channel that looks like more porn than music itself..they could at least put 4 serious movie channels not the nigerian movie channel or nigerian music channel that advertises their politician, it is an hotel not a political campain center..

We made a booking 4 months before and on our arrival there wasn’t a room available Very bad management and a disgrace.

I liked the room location and the city view. Also good food.

I didn’t like the AC in room. The room temperature was a little hot every day. I always wake up swet in the middle of the night. The room temperature does not perfectly cool.This is not the first time I complain about this. I already did in previous stays and seems they don’t pay enough attention. You need to change the unit.I had to switch off the AC most of the time because my nouse was bleeding because of dry air, just the fan was blowing not the air conditioner.The AC unit needs to be repaired or replaced.

The facilities were nice, and being on the first floor there was easy acess to the ground level. Staff was really helpfull and nice. Location of hotel was good and close to shopping mall, shops, hospital, etc.

One of the rooms was not properly clean on the arrival, two of the pillow cases had to be replaced, there was some dust area on the headrest, the bed sheets were not properly pulled. One of the toilets was not well cleaned. On the arrival the elevator had a problem and we had to go by stairs to the 1st floor. Tv channels were limited and image quality in one of the tv's was not good, despite technician was there it did not improve much. Tv's remote did not work properly. In the wc we could hear next room wc water noise. Called main reception for support and it took a few calls to have problem sorted. In one of the rooms was lacking a rest chair. Breakfast was good but it could have more variety of choice.

We did not stay here - we were moved to their sister hotel - which was terrible

Staff moved us with very short notice - considering we booked nearly a year ago

The Wi-Fi was working without buffering

1. The carpets in the hotel is Filthy and I had only one towel for my whole stay2. I ordered a 450g T-Bone Rare - When the food came out the T-Bone was burned black and ice cold ( Super well Done ) when i explained to the waiter, barman and staff, they simply laughed in my face3. As they were hosting the government, service was just not available at the dinner table or bar

The wind was holding through the very poor quality window,the room was cold and because of the window it never got warm

It was adequate

I would have like to see a tub instead of just a shower. No one met us when we arrived at the door.

The meals were good and most of the staff were Friendly

The reception was not 24hrs and rooms need upgrading. Elevator is a death trap waiting

The staff regarding cleaning where very helpful!Always assisting with a smile and acted promptly to the request.

The waitress and waitresses were not that good with their service when asked for help. The food were not that good,not correctly cooked as requested.
