Everything was excellent and outstanding clean and friendly staff.

Close to the airport so for us a good place to stay the first night in Namibia. The room was fine and we slept well. Quiet and clean. We appreciated the gym. Good breakfast and dining options.

The whole place felt a bit dated, and in need of a spruce up.

The rooms are very spacious, clean, the beds are very comfortable, good cosmetics in the bathrooms.

There were not enough sunbeds near the pool. I didn't like the breakfast, the quality of the food was not very good, we only got coffee when we finished breakfast

The pictures exaggerate - big ugly metal fence in front of pool as well - there was allot of repairs ongoing around the hotel and the corridors of the hotels were very noisy at night with patrons - river was empty???? just ugly concrete? I was also queried why i hadn't paid my bill but the entire booking was handled by BOOKING.COM? Wifi kept going down in the rooms and plug fittings in the cabinet were loose.

THE CHILDREN JUNGLE GYM PLAY PLACE RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE ROOMS IS A JOKE. I ASKED THE STAFF IF THE MANAGER IS AN ITULA VOTER FOR ONLY DUMB,..VERY DUMB MANAGER CAN ALLOW THAT. OT BREAKS THE WHOLE GARDEN AND SPOILS THE FEEL OF THE PLACE

Great location for our first night a Windhoek. Quiet and comfortable rooms, secure parking, and very good breakfast.

Shower drain kept not flowing out properly and I flooded the bathroom, which means I used extra towels to mop up.Also means my show was also on low..!!

Good location and excellent facilities for a business trip.

Gardens and outside facilities need a bit of maintenance.

Beautiful and amazing. The room was very comfortable and did not lack anything. Good selection of coffee also in the room. The buffer dinner was delicious with more options than any person could desire. Staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I did not visit all the available facilities on location, but hopefully I'll be back and spend more time.

Cleaning staff was knocking on the door a while before checkout (I was in the shower). If you want guests to be out earlier, change the checkout time. The showerhead in my room was leaking (maybe a missing sealing ring) and was spraying water on the ceiling also. I did notify staff and trust it was fixed after my stay.

The rooms were comfortable and the outside terrace was lively for lunch. Breakfast selection was great too, and mostly the staff were extremely friendly

There is not much to dislike. We were a little disappointed in the river water feature (great fun for kids) that was shown on the website did nit exist any more

We booked for a luxury room but was allocated an ordinary standard room with no reduced payment upon checking out.The room was number 120

We managed to book a room for the same day arrival, and for the New Year night. The room was 100% conforming our wishes and expectations. A big flat-screen TV set, strong WiFi signal, all the furniture and equipment was in good working condition. Comfortable bed with highh quiality linen. Spacious parking for the guests. Good entertainment program and nice decorations at the restaurant for New Year.

Very small, but fully functional bathroom - actually it is not a problem.

I liked the customer care service. Their breakfast buffet was the best I have ever had with a large variety of tasty meals.

Having more chairs at the pool would be appreciated as there were fewer chairs than guests on all days we were there.

The room was lovely reception and cleaning staff fantastic.

The dinning room only catered for discovery airline staff. You could not get any order if they where busy with them. Breakfast if you asked for something to be cooked you had to wait until they had been served. It took over an hour for two steaks to arrive one evening even though they where not busy but had some of the airline people in. We got so fed up in the end I had another 3 night stay booked in March which we have now cancelled.
