One of three rooms was as advertised: junior suite, WiFi access.

The other two were cramped, and had no internet access in the room. This is a bar with an adjoining building with some rooms. Staff not friendly. No food at 9 pm, nothing within walking distance. All rooms had the same charge: OK for the one room.

The location was good for the town. The WiFi worked well, and there was some parking available. Check in was somewhat easy, and it was clean.

There was a TV, but it didn't really work - I eventually worked out the smart TV side of it. The bedside lamp didn't work, either. The room was very hot, so I left the window open. However, next to the hotel is a club filled with the locals enjoying their Saturday night until 5:30am, so bear this in mind. The only pillow was absolutely tiny, and provided little support. I had to use a load of rolled up clothes and a rolled up blanket, instead. Decoration is a bit dated, and is just made up of random bits. This was one of the more expensive hotels on my trip and it didn't live up to other rooms I've stayed in so far.

Beautiful room design, air conditioning and fridge in the room, nice river view, smoking area is next to the rooms and it’s beautiful is well, 2 pianos in corridors and lots of pictures on the walls. Shower is perfect.

the window blinds could be changed, the windows facing the busy street, suspended ceiling panels with spots and holes, could also be removed

Imposible to sleep. This place is 10 meters from a nightclub, so all night eberybody were screaming until 6 am. Avoid this place during the weekend! Also no AC.

We were very sutisfied with a hotel room, it was clean only downside was that AC did not worked and room was quite hot. Stuff was very polite and kind.

view is the best you can imagine to have in Jekabpils. location is very good. we had family room nr 12 and it was spacious and very comfortable for living. late check out.

i was ready to rate this hotel on 1 as we stayed on Saturday and i couldnt sleep until 7am due to noise coming from night club our hotel had. it was terrible night. noone mentioned anything on reception. water leak from shower base.

No frills hotel, good for an overnight stay. Jekabpils is not a major destination, but there are couple of cafes which can be easily reached from the hotel, as well as few supermarkets.

Breakfast is not served on the weekends, so had to buy some food in a supermarket.

On Sunday it said to call a specific number to give back the keys but nobody answered the phone and I had no choice to just leave the key inside the room and leave.

It was better than I expected, judging from other reviews. Great location in old city right next to Daugava. Our room had great view on Daugava. Room itself was as shown in pictures, we liked it. :)Reception lady was very friendly and welcoming, if hotel owners are reading this, treat her like traeasure, she make guest experience much more better. :)
