Park Hotel Brūzis

Nice view aroud the hotel. Everything in place whats needed.

There was only shampoo in the bathroom. No shower gel. And I was looking for cup of Coffee, but there was tee only in the hall.

Beyond excellent experience! Communication from the hotel was clear and timely, check-in was clear and I really like the system - no pressure if the drive takes longer or shorter to get there. Room was clean, beds were cozy and comfortable, it was quiet outside for great sleep. I was blown away by the wonderful surprise greeting in celebration of international women's day the hosts had prepared. The breakfast was excellent and we are very grateful for the kindness of staff to make a special arrangement so we can be our best heading into the day. If the event returns to Smiltene, I know where we'll be staying! Thank you!

Quiet, cozy hotel, good breakfast, 5G wifi, spacious room, everything nice

Location and pet friendly.

Very late breakfast time, I didn't eat. No wifi or I cannot find passwords, cold in the room. The staff was friendly (i have contact only with sms)

The breakfast was ok, also ok was that there was no possibility for dinner, as I typical have no dinner.

But in the bathroom there was a dropping pipe, so it was always wet everywhere. Also twice I had to call as the door was closed. After calling it worked...

Good breakfast covering the basics, no surprises there... besides actually including grape juice :) Extras to consider adding: Pelēkie zirņi. Also excellent Latvian muesli anti-ox products do exist, so could avoid foreign choices there.

In order to get a 10 review, some minor improvements would be needed, like addition of couple local extra ingredients for the breakfast and maybe modernization of the shower. Maybe add info leaflet in the room as well, since outside summer season the restaurant is closed and there may we'll be no staff around on arrival day.

The breakfast was good. The view was beautiful. The bed was comfortable.

The dinner was not very good. In our room the toilet seat was broken and the shower attachment was broken so it had to be held in the hand. There was only one waitress and the drinks were very slow in coming and the drinks we wanted weren’t available.

Room was spacious, plenty room for three of us, two adults and toddler.

Location, 5 min to city centre and 1 min park.

Great facilities. Fantastic breakfast and outstanding location.

Good basic hotel. Currently surfaces were quite old, but we were informed that there is ongoing renewal in the near future. The food was good and also the service level by the personnel

Maintenance of the building overall was not so well done. There was renovation ongoing so I think the situation will be better in the future.

I wrote them before that I will celebrate my birthday there. What I received? Room without TV/music. Carpet was dirty. Nothing special. Shower room was poor. No hair condicionier. For 70€ per night in small city in autumn time.. I was very dissapointed.. :(

Very good hotel in very beautiful and romantic place. Room was large, breakfast was tasty. Everything requested was prepared, although we have booked only one day prior. No concerns at all.

The property is wonderfully situated in the very center of marvelous old park with small ponds, fountains, waterfall and paths in the park with magnificent views and wooden bridges. Not far from the hotel is Smiltene Stonehedge - a place I would recommend to visit. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly and the rooms are wonderfully equipped. We had a suite and we liked it a lot starting from design and view and very comfortable bed. There is a hall where you can make tea and the breakfast was very nice and tasty. if you want you can have dinner in the restaurant in the hotel.
