Pros +
- A centrally located hotel within walking distance from the main railway station. This hotel is comfortable and relaxing with a great team of staff who are friendly and charming. I was visiting a friend in the town which was the reason for my visit and was very pleased to stay. The Best Western brand should be very happy with their team in Katrineholm.
- This is a lovely little hotel - and your best choice if you have to visit Katrineholm. What makes this place better is the really friendly and helpful staff, and the Winebar/Restaurant AND O’Leary’s theme pub on the bottom floor. We spent a lovely evening playing boardgames in the lobby before heading into the bar for something to eat. But the staff were just fantastic and elevated our stay into a nice weekend!
- Location was great. Staff was kind.
Cons -
- Nothing to dislike.
- Everything needs a renovation, specially the bathroom is too old style
- The room was so hot and the ventilation so bad I had a hard time sleeping and started to sweat as soon as I entered it. Absolutely horrible.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, good location
Room was way too hot, no air-conditioning and only a small window that could be opened slightly. Do not stay here during summer if you want to be able to sleep.

Breakfast excellent. .Laundry. Breakout rooms being available
Location Free parking
Sound proofing is badWater flushing sound from embedded pipes
It was clean
The double bed was two single beds pushed together (quite normal), but they were not attached to each other. It mean that they also pulled apart easily creating a hole in between the beds.

The location of the Hotel. Friendly and accommodating staffs.
The best room in the Hotel needs to be revamp. it feels very old. Including the television. By the way, there was a used dose of snus on the floor between the commode and the wall. We're humans, I guess.
Staff were v friendly and helpful.
Shower needed some attention and room had nowhere to hang or put clothes.
Very clean, friendly staff.I missed the breakfast with half hour on Monday and I still got breakfast
Nothing, everything was Exellent
