Beds not very comfortable but room very clean and warm

The customer service on the phone was just accurate fast and efficient. Giving me a fast solution to a small inconvenient I had with the room. I really liked the way they handled. Room was nice and clean and enough for a small stay... Bilka is closer than what it looks in the map.

When I arrived room was still not clean but they relocated me in a superior room. There are no lift for heavy luggage a bit convenient to be in the first floor

Location was good right next to a Tesla charger, which was perfect.

The location of the room meant there was a lot of people passing by which you could hear through most of the night. There was no shower gel or shampoo to use during the day.

Noisy, basic, construction work in progress. Disappointing!

Less noisy, no construction, not like a hospital room.

We unexpected incident and we had to stay on that hold. The rooms are OK. The beds are comfy so it is a nice hotel in the road

It too hot can’t sleep at night in summer need to open windows but I m not becoming of the the window is if open sleep like this people can come in from out side because can’t Because it can't be locked. If it have air in Sommer it is soper good I think…Very quiet and not crowded …Have to leave the hotel too early, have to wake up very early, that's what I don't like very much. If it was 11 am or before noon, it would be great like other places.

This place was so bad that we left and ended staying somewhere else, even though we were on bicycles and it was evening - the long term stay workers in the other rooms , smoking and cooking in their rooms, living right outside our windows … no way to boil water or get coffee innthe morning- the place was awful.

I would have appreciated a lock on the inside of the door. This place is in the middle of nowhere and I felt a bit unsafe as a woman travelling alone. Also it was very loud, hearing people talk outside and traffic etc

No staff, reception was a phone call which was never answered, no restaurant no bar , this isn't a hotel Very disappointed

The horrible smell- the lack of bathroom window- the constant noise in the room from the ventilation in the batroom . The sistem of window that was not abble to be left open - no neet - the rats from the yard . The stains from the coridor . Very expensive for what offered

Not suitable for a repeat visit. Room was expensive for the amount of luxury i received, no breakfast, noisy naighbours who seem to live there that talk outside deep into the night. No airconditioning, made it very hot inside and as all windows are on the side of the gallery, it feels very unsafe leaving it open while sleeping.
