Comfy beds, good breakfast, friendly staff. It's possible to charge your electric vehicle at the hotel overnight, which takes care of charging and parking in one shot.

The hotel was in a great location to explore the romantic town of Karlshamn. The reception staff was very friendly and also helpful.

Hotel, in most simple terms, is outdated. Considering that the hotel has pretty high prices in comparison, that it presents itself as a flagship town hotel is a little bit disappointing. However, understanding that there are limited options for a stay in Karlshamn, this hotel sticks to what works, what works. I'd say a little bit of a refresh would be nice, considering the price of the stay.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Especially the cleaning ladies with whom we had a lovely conversation. The beds were comfortable and the room quite large. The breakfast was varied, also for those with milk intolerance and special food for gluten intolerant people.

Interesting building, nice appartaments. We had an exelent dinner in hotel restaurant!

It was calm, clean with nice staff and great breakfast.The room was big enough and bed was comfortable.It has also kettle which was really good.

May be if they could put a bottle of water in room.

The problem was that we had booked a double room with the filter of travelling with a pet through the booking.com but the hotel on check in informed us that they had no rooms available for pets. We had no other options in the last minute plus we were asked to pay for a night even if we didn’t stay. Very disappointed and frustrated with the staff who would not understand our situation. Finally we had to keep our dog in our daughter’s student dorm where also he’s not officially allowed. Moreover there were a zillion children at the time of our stay for a football tournament- extremely noisy - more like a hostel rather than a hotel

A better customer service and a better understanding of how it works between the hotel and the middleman such as booking. Com

Lovely hotel in what seemed like a nice quiet town ( we did arrive on a Sunday night, so not sure if that is always the case ) Only stayed for one night but it had everything we needed. Room was clean and had plenty of space. Bed was comfy. Staff were very friendly and really helpful. A lovely breakfast was also included

The breakfast was average, the staff was nice

The rooms had windows which cannot be securely open, the beds were uncomfortable, the showers were flooded after a couple of seconds and whole bathrooms went wet.

Yoghurt was fermerted, so I was little warried if they had been in the table also other mornings.

Nice hotel with good breakfast. We were staying only one night passing by. Arrived late and left early. We easily could park our car in the street outside and it was no fee over the night.

The room was ok but a bit stuffy. I thought it was expensive for what it was.

There were no amenities and the ventilation was not very good.At breakfast there were some local workers that were pretty rough and loud.

Decent small town hotel, good location, quiet. Lovely breakfast, something for all tastes.
