Sauna was not free of charge which was kind of a disappointment

We booked 2 rooms. Both rooms were hot and were poorly ventilated. One of the rooms had poor lighting, a broken fan and no shampoo in the bathroom. Luggage/ storage space in the rooms are very limited.Bed and pillows were too soft and we had difficulty in sleeping

Service in restaurant at dinner needs improved, quick to take order and deliver food and drinks. Clearing of table and presentation of desert menu was 45 minutes after we'd finished our mains. Was the same both nights. Issue caused by them having in table waiting staff also preparing drink orders. They need a bar person on to prepare the drink orders for the waiting staff to collect and take to the tables.

The room was very clean, both sheets and towels were nice and soft. But the hotel is surprisingly dated - one soap dispenser was broken, the room curtain was ripped off on one side, no AC.

Buffet is best

The basement rooms was so stinky like smell in septic tank. The economy rooms. You cannot sleep from the smell.we told the receptionist. They nver even apologized. They just said thanks for informing them. Not worth the 890 kr almost exactly the same cost with standard room.

I like the place, the staff, the parking facilities, the fact that they accept dogs, the breakfast is very good

The restaurant has menu with only a few options and it is expensive related to the quality of the food. Never ask for the fish and chips, the one served to me was dripping oil and on a bed of very sour red cabbage.

Bookings Website and Best Western website hides the extra charge for the spa. 99% of the Spa hotels that I have stayed at include entrance to the spa.Breakfast was very limited, no lactose free options, old frozen avocado, bland vegetables and very little fruit options, the scrambled eggs were mostly milk, not enough bread even when attending the breakfast early.The room was extremely cold, no thermostat, no shampoo or conditioner, only a soap that smelled like a chemical product used to clean ovens.My room didnt get cleaned even though I stayed two nights, when I asked for it to be cleaned they didnt send anyone and only gave me two new towels which I had to ask for and almost beg for.Overpriced unknown restaurant.The prices for a room at Best western are very close to the prices one pays in bigger cities with none of the quality.Best Western is charging almost 400kr per person for a spa in a not so interesting location, that is a lot.Most Spas have outdoors views, infinity pools etc.I would have avoided this place if I had known how low the quality was and how high the prices were for being in a small town in Sweden, I do not recommend it unless you are magically stranded in Karlsham in the middle of autumn or winter.

No air condition,ordered faktura with check in had to wait 30min with check out.
