Basic but comfortable and the staff were helpful.The breakfast buffet could have been fresher, but there were some tasty options so we ate well anyway.

Breakfast was good, a lot to choose from. Bed comfortable, and room clean. Friendly staff in the restaurant, The location was perfect for us, travelling / driving to Uppsala from Horsens Denmark.

Unfortunately the coffee for breakfast was cold. We should have let the staff know but didn´t. I am sure they would have fix it.

Check-in process was easy and person in reception helpful. Rooms were clean and had all we needed for our stay. Breakfast was buffee with something for everyone. Fresh baked bread was an extra.

Nothing at all

We booked a room for 4 adults as advertised, but upon arrival, we were given a room for 2 adults and 2 children. When we requested a refund due to the misleading booking, the hotel refused to take responsibility and blamed Booking instead. They were dismissive and unhelpful throughout the entire process. This place is run by scammers and the staff was rude and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible for dog owners. At breakfast we were told to sit at a lone table next to the kitchen even though the restaurant was almost empty. Not acceptable for a "pet friendly" hotel. Also terrible for vegans. The restaurant serves some vegan dishes but it's microwaved and almost inedible. So if you're a dog owner, a vegan or both I'd avoid. Evening staff was friendly, morning staff grumpy.

Breakfast was nice. Bed was comfortable.

TV didn't work. Bed for child wasn't set up.

Comfortable bed, clean room, great breakfast, easy access, quiet at night, lots of parking. No secure parking for a motorbike but we had no problems.

Nice breakfast. Easy access to location when on roadtrip. Easy and quick check-in and check-out.

Booked for three, but the ekstra bed was not made. However, linnen etc. was available for us to do it ourselves.

Convenient location for mid journey break i.e. just off motorway. Room very spacious and comfortable. Reasonable choice of evening meal and excellent breakfast.

The dining area was large, clean, and had a pleasant atmosphere.The breakfast was okay. There were foods providing vitamins, carbohydrates, protein, and fat, but not on the level of 4-5 star hotels.The staff were service-oriented and very friendly. The bedroom was spacious enough, the bathroom was of a higher standard, and the beds were nice and large, but unfortunately not very comfortable.

What I disliked about the place was its location in an industrial area, a bit far from the city center. Otherwise, I think that in the future, ventilation systems in the bedrooms might be needed.The concept and interior design could be improved.

Check in is at restaurant and staff seemed rushed and not that friendly this time. They made us feel uncomfortable when we asked if we could have two room cards, as they said the cards go missing.

We travel with pet and this hotel was perfect. We needed to stop by e4an on our way to Wãrmland. The beds and linen were super comfy. The bathroom was fresh and shower good. An extra bonus was the generous sofa. The room was quiet and warm. Nice touch with dog bed, blanket and treats for our pet.

Not hing comes to mind. Perhaps we should have two door key cards. We were two adults travelling.

Location close to E4, with some restaurants in the neighborhood. Nothing fancy though, it's a Rasta. There is an espresso house next door though, that always helps (for us).

Reception area is quite anonymous and hidden.

This is a great option if you want to stay in the area. It is close to a few fast food places and many petrol stations, which makes it easy to be there. A good choice.

Everything was ok for the price and the location.

Easy to park, good quality rioms, quiet clean, near motorway & lots of QSR's.

The radiators were not on in the hotelroon which a little unpleasant, and a little surprising.
