Location was good, staff was excellent ! We were biking Lake Vanern - worked well

The staff was very nice and helpful.

Rooms could use a refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. Breakfast selection could be bigger.No 24/7 front desk, no late hour bar service.

Dirty dishes. The pool was ice-cold.

The rooms were nice and modern. They were flexible with checkin and checkout times.

The breakfast buffet was not that good. The bathroom was pretty small.

We had been travelling for several hours and found the hotel on booking.com when it was quite late, arrived around after 8 and pleased to be able to have a drink at the bar and a good meal before a good nights sleep, it was a great stop over, we walked along the river and found the history of the area very interesting with lots of information boards and photos of days gone by, would be a nice place to spend a few days. Good food, fabulous breakfast, spotless room, would choose a First Hotel again, staff pleasant.

The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good.

I reserved 2 rooms, a wheelchair accessible room and a family room with 3 tein beds. The wheelchair accessible room was not available. The first room was very smokey so we were reassigned to another room which was better . The second room had dirty clothes, candy wrappers, receipts under the sofa bed. I requested a room with 3 single beds but was given a room with a double bed and a sofa bed.

Very polite helpful and co operative staff. Good breakfast. Excellent bar and food.Car parking excellent. Charging points available. Central location near canal and river. Easy walk from station.

Breakfast was ok Appreciate have gluten free bread. Hallways were nice. Outside seating was nice. Close to town and nice outside walking

Pool too cold to swim. Beds were very thin. Would have liked one extra pillow. Smokers were too close to outside seating, couldn't stay and enjoy outside dining Scrambled Eggs were horrible, no flavor just ick.

1. The rooms were a decent size2. the receptionist/person taking care of breakfast day after. she was understanding of our lousy stay and gave us a discount on the price.

several things:1. we were not told before hand that there would be a HUGE party with lots of noisy kids (18-21 years) screaming dancing outside outside window at 12am. we were blown off by the receptionist who was doubling up as a server and barman. Very unprofessional attitude. 2. the breakfast was average with the orange juice tasting like water. not much choice of bread and the serving like a school cafeteria you stand in a queue behind each other to take the food. really not nice.3. the pool was extremely small nothing really to advertise about. 4. we will never choose to stay in this hotel again.

Quick overnight stop on the way to Sälen, so it was perfect location. Nice large rooms which are very quiet, and friendly staff. Free parking across the road.

When the restaurant is busy, the food is very slow to come out. Also the bathroom seemed to have black mould or similar on the shower floor... not so inviting to take a shower.

Newly renovated room, comfy bed, good breakfast on sunny terrace and friendly staff. Recommend

A wonderful mini stay over at the hotel on our way to the west coast Tjörn. Small, cosy, clean n price worthy. Easy going staff. Didn't have time to use the facilities as we were outdoors. Highly recommend!
