Hotell Bro

Plenty of space for two adults and a child, and very centrally located (walking distance to restaurants and shops). Friendly, accommodating staff and a nice breakfast. Two parking garages located close to the hotel (in the same building and one across the street) with minimal cost. Would highly recommend for a stay in Kristinehamn.

Overall, very positive stay. Would recommend storing some spare toilet paper in the room.

The location was very good, literally in the center. The room was very spacious and clean. There was a dedicated space to put our bikes. We could park the car at Lyran Parking House just over the street for a fair price.

The breakfast buffet wasn't top. We would like butter instead of margarine and a better bread variety.

The hotel appears to have one person on staff for a few hours in the morning and then in the afternoon-early evening. It has a bit of forlorn, impersonal feeling. The access is on the second floor through a door and elevator on the ground floor. Our room was large but sparsely furnished, giving off a downcast vibe. The bathroom was large but shower stall very small. Everything was very clean. Overall, the place could use some style and warm details to make guests feel more cozy.

The breakfast was delicious. The room is spacious, comfortable, the bed is not too soft or hard. The temperature in the room is good. I really liked it.

Big room, big toilet, centrally

Receptionist not really helpful and rude We had to ask about everything ourselves.When asked about parking in p house underneath hotel, we were shown a sign. Not much help. You have to create an account. Failed twice, then we asked if it was the same system at the parking lot opposite to hotel and were then told that that was with card. When we asked about price, we were told it was cheaper. Later that evening we asked the receptionist where the breakfast was served. He then put his hand up to his head to cover it and turned the head away from us. his behaviour made us regret the stay..

Big room and nice bed

It was almost impossible to find our way out from the underground parking area to the hotel… Apparently the elevator was hidden behind one the many blue doors down there - without any sign or anything giving a hint. We was lucky there was a security guard strolling around in the area so we could ask.The hotel staff responded with “it’s okey there’s a sign on the ground” when we pointed this fact out. There was no sign on the ground, I double checked when leaving.Also we missed out on the breakfast because we weren’t informed about it. Furthermore the area by the windows and the curtains was super dirty and dusty.

Anonymous building. Big room with little charm

My room was really spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast that is provided is great with a selection of cereals and breads.

There is no parking provided. I downloaded an app for the parking lots around the hotel. It was easy enough to use. It's just a bit of a hassle.

Really peaceful little hotel. The room was really spacious with walk in closet and kitchen.

The room had a bit dusty floor under the furniture but otherwise it was clean.

Everything was quite well and all the instruction for the guests are well prepared and clear. Especially I liked how much room was clean and spacious. I would strongly suggest to be considered steying in this hotel.

There can be more verity for the Breakfast.
