- It is old and the heating system in the room was terrible. The room was very cold and as the heating system was not effective, the room was freezing.

- Yes. There were bugs in my bed and when I woke up I was all bitten by them. I went to complain to the reception and the solution they offered me was to change de sheets. After a discussion I managed to change rooms, but there was no compensation for it.
