There is a war going on!!! Many air warnings and missiles landing in the area. 2 ocassions guest went down to the shelter.

Have used this property before. The price is very low comparatively, the hotel is clean, no worries of bedbugs and such. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful, especially by Eastern European standards (coming from an American).

Decent hotel in a not so decent area. First time I've noticed a new and wrapped box of condoms in the welcome basket. You know, the one with a bag of nuts and chips. SMH. Prices have doubled since last year (Happening everywhere in Ukraine as the UAF are holding the russian's at bay farther east) the rest of the country seems to be under the impression that there isn't much to worry about and as such much of the country seems to have an attitude of take advantage of what you can now that you can.Initially booked 4 nights not knowing how long or short I'd be in Kyiv. The second day just before checkout time I got news to move. Planned to offer to pay for 2nd night so wouldn't have to rush right out. The interaction with the desk as follows: Explained situation and notified of early departure. After 10-15 minutes of phone calls the clerk asked for my passport, made a copy, handed me the copy and said "Write your name/address/phone #, credit card information and then write a statement why you have to leave early. Then it will be reviewed and if a refund is granted shouldn't take more than 2-3 weeks".F that, I wasn't jumping through those BS hoops and just ate the other 2 nights. Granted, super cheap by US standards but it was more the point. Again, clerk was apologetic and nice but clearly management is just shady.

Easily accessible, great location on the main pedestrian street, friendly staff.

Nice hotel for it's money. A bit out of the way, but if you are by car or metro, does not matter much, provides very good value for money. Facilities, cleanliness are all at expected level.

Room was clean and quiet. Hotel have a parking for costumers, there is a shopping mall 7 minutes on foot. Location is in the middle of residential area - you can`t hear any noise from traffic.

Quite loud fridge - you can`t turn it off.

Well outside city center but very close to basic services and shops. Clean and comfortable with a "no frills" kind of vibe. Adjacent restaurant very friendly, tasty and affordably priced.

Hotel was in very good condition. Despite the harsh, snowy, and sludgy weather, the entrance was always clean and the stairs weren't slippery at all. Reception was open all the time and the staff working there were very polite; bathroom was cleaned everyday and the towels were also replaced with fresh ones. Shower took little to no time to warm up and shampoo was also provided in a dispenser. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets just a few minutes from the hotel which are open until quite late in the evening. There are also bus stops not too far from the hotel that take you to the nearby Nyvky metro station which then takes around ~15 minutes to get to the centre of the city; walking to the station takes around 25 minutes if you'd rather avoid buses. Bed was also very comfy and the TV worked perfectly fine; no better hotel in Kyiv for a solo traveller :)

Only possible negatives that I could think of would be the lack of an English menu for the restaurant next door - scanning the QR code takes you to a Facebook post with only a Ukrainian menu. Fortunately I knew a little bit of Russian so I could read a few of the menu items and somewhat communicate with the waiters, but without it, I wouldn't have had any idea how I'd have ordered.

The Restaurant, aside from the music, the food is amazing. Prices are competitive, and is close to a train station, but far from the Metro.

Equipment in general, from the boiler for tea to the television and the total lack of a phone to call the reception.

We took deluxe room and it was a right choice. Room wasn't big but contained everything we need for comfort stay. Additional lighting options helped to create right mood and awesome shower.Totally recommend.

Soundproofing.

Clean and corresponds the price. The ladies at the administration desk are polite and friendly.

Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom as someone smoked in the adjusting rooms despite the hotel ban.

The hotel staff are always very friendly and helpful. They printed out my boarding cards for me and resolved all my queries.

It is quite a long way away from the city centre and about 30 minutes walk from the Metro

Far away from a subway station, do not offer free water.

Wi-Fi was ok, comparably quite night

Rude receptionists, no lift! Broken shower..Spent good 15 min making my bed as blanket was away from duvet

The WiFi and environment was really nice.

For 1 person enough accommodation. Tv was great, bed is ok, big window, but very small room

I stayed for 3 nights the price was total 2. 748 UA. the employee said u can pay for one night 840UAK,Next night the employee said the price increased to 972!!!!!!!I asked the employee that my booking price 2748UAK,... why they charge more.?And even on the 3rd night the price becomes 1000 ~... So guy's @booking.com Advice..

Friendly staff and I think compared to others in the city it was value for money.Great Park next to the hotel if you have kids

A little too far out of the centre

Location was nice although away from town, many parks and restuarants around. We loved the location
