At wish hotel Resort spa everything you wish for is there for you, Amazing Staff at your services, very polite, very welcoming, professional, the location is amazing, the decoration is stylish moderm, a Very peaceful location that you WISH for an amazing romantic week-end. The spa resort is excellent with different sauna, steam room a great jacuzzi and 20 meters lap pool as well a fitness.the Restaurant and their waiter are very sympathetic, really amazing, the variety of the dished on the menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner is well put and excellent food,the included morning breakfast is amazing and well served, the ambiance of the restaurant is really cozythe rooms are very spacious will fridge bar, a safery box, large kind bed very comfortable.the Spa resort is very peaceful not too crowded and clientelle is very respectful.I definitely recommand Wish Resort spa for everyone.will definitely go back there

+ not far from Kyiv+ there is an indoor pool and hydromassage pool with the hot water outside (note: swimming hat is required)+ balinese massage was relaxing and enjoyable + a wide selection of dishes for breakfast

- the accountant was a bit rude, at the end of our stay but everything else was great

This is my 3rd stay in Wish. Previously I used to stay in Villas. This is the first time I stayed in main building with restaurant, indoor swimming pool and spa. Although it is more convenient to visit restaurant and access spa when you stay in main building (everything happens indoor), to my opinion, Villas are more comfortable. I like indoor swimming pool, well-equipped gym and spa with variety of saunas and facilities. All these makes Wish a perfect choice for retreat in any time of a year.

During our 3 night stay our room was never cleaned up. The only service we got - changing a towel on specific request. Also shower cabin in our room (main building, 3rd flor, #11) requires repair and renewal.

The breakfast was great. Everything in the restaurant was delicious.The pool, and the spa area - are all excellent. The room was spacious, with a big bathroom.

Rooms and staff were awesome! SPA and other recreation activities were very good!

Prices -- but, I'm not pity for that -- everything costs these money.

the restaurant closed at 9pm on Sunday and I had no idea so I had no dinner that night and they’re quite expensive for everything

Variety of spa is great. Warm pool on the yard is perfect. Long swimming pool is good to spend some time in.

People drinking wine just near the sauna. It withdraws an atmosphere of relax.

Gym is great. Nice salty water in the jacuzzi. If it had cost one quarter of the price it would have been fine.

Nothing works before 9am, not even breakfast. For the price they charged we really expected much better service than this. The food in the restaurant was bad. Service acted surprised and made us feel like we were asking them for a favour when we asked for basic things like for the beds to be made, or to show us how to work the TV, or for or new robes and slippers to replace the wet ones. We had the feeling we were being laughed at for having been fooled by the high price into thinking this was some kind of high-end establishment.

Nice cuisine, prices are affordable for such place. Big parking, nice yard. It was not crowded at all (October). Nice accessibility for disabled (I travelled on crutches).Perfect water facilities. Place to swim, relax. Great training gym.

The sound isolation really poor. Basically I've heard "action" from the apartment from other side of the wall. Even the wall was vibrating :). Seem like there was mirror placement of bed there(apartments 4 and 5).

Nice hotel, tasty food, friendly staff

Keep in mind that now half of the saunas were not working. Also, never stay at the hotel during the rain. The rainfall dropped VERY loudly on the windows so that it was totally impossible to sleep.

I like the hospitality if the workers in the hotel and the facility's of the spa, specially the manager of the hotel. I did not suspect that the manager (Nataly) her self will be greeting us from outside the doors of the hotel. Also, she helped us a lot to know where to go in the city and where we can find all the activity's (she is amazing manager) the quit and security of the area is amazing as well and all the staff in the hotel are extremely helpful even if they don't know your language amazing place

Great SPA facilities, swimming pools, friendly and professional staff, great main restaurant, reasonable prices, overall excellent spa retreat away from busy city, great for a summer weekend

Room was not serviced in a timely manner nor well - glassware left unwashed, shampoos not replaced etc.

I was most impressed with the manager. This gentleman is a real professional, and asset to WISH. I have never submitted a review before, but in this case, it is well deserved.He is punctual, polite, well versed in English, and a delight to deal with. He, is what made my hotel stay a delight.I wish him much success in the future, as I am sure he will carry WISH to even greater success.

Great restaurant, wonderful staff very good SPA zone. We had massage and it was amazing.
