- Second time staying here, lovely place! Absolutely charming and helpful staff. Contrary to the review of TALIT ; the place is not a dated building , its part of the concept , the food at the restaurant is beyond delicious (paid restaurant), how can you comment on something that is given for FREE? This place is not a 5 start hotel obviously, but you are not paying for it either , IBI* budget anywhere in EU cost 59 at the cheapest price and you still have to pay separately for everything else food parking etc. To compare Charda with any other hotel is simply unfair. Its 40 what you are paying here , literally the price of a pension or cheap hostel in Europe. IF you want a modern hotel there are plenty in Ukraine , clearly not for 40 euros a night. This place is GREAT value for what you are paying, this is an objective review. Thank you Charda! Will be staying here plenty of times In the future
