The bed, bathroom and appliances, location

Great location right at the city center, very kind and helpful staff, exclusive design and good-looking, clean rooms. Very tasty borsch at the restaurant ☺️

Poor sound insulation and a bit overpriced breakfast, some rooms have view at the opposite part of the hotel building, which is about 5 meters away.

The gigantic triangular bathtub was a fun surprise. The hot water flowed and provided for a refreshing shower or bath. The bidet is always a nice touch. My room faced away from the street, and was super quiet. Breakfast was on early and was available in a variety of styles, from American to German. Minibar was stocked with all kinds of treats.

At first, I was assigned a room facing the tram tracks, however, my request to change the room was granted within two minutes. The rooms are clean, beds are comfy, the staff is very friendly.

The working hours of the pool are not convenient.

It is convenient for a lot of us things. It has a restaurant next door that serves a variety of local dishes. A shopping mall is in walking distance.

It’s minor, and if I hadn’t lost my face mask it wouldn’t be an issue, but there is an area on the wall where your card would normally go to activate power, it glows blue. At night it is bright. For me anyway, but the hotel is great

The room. Initially they downgraded me. I complained and my original room was granted. The bed is comfortable , but it was two beds to create a queen .

The initial downgrade of my room. My r was confirmed 15 days before my arrival. And they sent me two messages between the reservation and the day of arrival... It was not professional.

Wonderful hotel in the center of Vinnitsya, very comfortable room, bathroom with all toileteries,,good breakfast and very nice staff at the reception.

Despite the fact that the room was guaranteed by my credit card, one receptionist insisted on immediate payment, on the second morning of a four-day-stay.

Good hotel with perfect location, cozy restaurant, and small gym. There is good swimming pool and spa (not included into room price, paid separately).

A nice hotel in an excellent location that gives guests access to a big shopping mall and a nice cultural quarter of the city. The hotel's restaurant offers good food at a reasonable price.

The room looks a little bit outdated despite being very spacious.

If the system can automatically save clients details who have spent in the hotel more than once. I have spent more than 4 times but they keep asking for my documents at the reception. It will be great if the management looks into this. But everything else is great.

Well, there are many few hotels in this world that you can really feel that you are in the center of life. With no doubts I can say that I did had this feeling during my stay in "France" Vinnitsa.It is popular , decorated and very chic . You easily have the idea that you are locate in the most exciting place in this lovely city.I must tell that the breakfast was just beyond imagination

The style of the hotel is very gorgeous. Everything is new of excellent quality.

The staff on the reception was incredibly unprofessional. I booked twin bed instead without asking they gave me two single beds. When I asked to change for one twin bed - they gave me a tiny room for one person instead of two with only one single bed!So, I had to change it once again, as a result the category of the room appeared much lower than I ordered and paid at the beginning. And the view was some fence in front of the window with constraction behind. On Saturday morning at ten the breakfast was empty although it is open till 11.00, there weren't even bread to make a toast.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the hotel location is perfect.
