Perfect little place. Enough room for what we needed and cant fault anything about it. Clean and tidy. Out of the way of the main road and even though the pub is right across from the place it was nice and quiet. Will definitely be back.

Convenient for my needs. Accommodation spotlessly clean and well presented. Room was warm and cosy, on what was a freezing cold night !!

Difficulty in accessing the key. Not enough outdoor lighting to see the key safe clearly.

Location, facilities, cleanliness.Very modern inside.First class.

Great for stop over when visiting family, really cosy, lots of useful items included (toiletries, tea, coffee , hairdryer etc), good value.

It was a beautiful place in an amazing area where you feel most welcome.It was really clean and the beds were so comfortable.The shower was amazing. With plenty of room to breathe.The whole place has amazing space.The host was super friendly and welcoming.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about the place.The only thing that was a bit of a problem was parking, but we did get a space .

Convenient and local. Pub facilities (White Lion) meters away from rooms and close to other pub signposted for evening meal (The Castle- fabulous steak amd Ale pie!!). The white lion offers a full English breakfast option in the morning (£10 a head/ book at bar night before!)... as much tea and toast as we wanted and superb service with a friendly smile ;)

That it was clean,it was warm, the bed was comfy, the water was hot and the mini fridge was cold.We would definitely recommend these rooms to.anyone.wanting a stay in or near Shrewsbury

Being picky here sorry, we were giving all tea and coffee facilities, (not a whinge by the way), but also bowls plates knives and forks it would have been nice to have a little microwave so we could warm up food bought in shops, just a thought though other than that a perfect stay

This was a convenient motel style place to stay for the night. It was comfortable, ok value and had the basics you would need.

It’s ideal for one or maybe two nights if you need something in the area but wouldn’t be the choice for a long weekend.

Clean & well presented. Even equipped with a fridge which was great, plus plates, bowels and cutlery.My only negative was the pillows as they seem to be feather which I hate, and I'd rather foam etc. but that it is literally my only gripe and that is a personal preference rather than a failing.

Great place to stay, perfect location also 5 mins walk from train station,lovely little village. Being situated in a pub carpark was a bonus lol no noise issues. Would definatley book again.

Very clean, easy to access. Few added extras (bottle opener, table and chairs, fluffy towels, cleaning products (if needed, we didn’t but such a good thing) book with all the local things to do was great. Really comfy bed, duvet and pillows.

Clean and well stocked with supplies, tea and coffee making facilities, heating worked and was controllable, comfy beds, TV. Everything we needed in a compact room.

There were no downsides.

Coaching Barns was the best accommodation of this type we've ever stayed in. The room was spotlessly clean and in excellent condition. Shower was lovely. Everything worked as it should and there was even a little foldup table and chairs so we could sit and have a drink and something to eat if we didn't go out to eat. Also a fridge which was excellent. Wem was a great base for visiting attractions near Shrewsbury and the roads were fab if you enjoy driving

Everything great location great rooms and great hostess

It was very good for an overnight stay, clean, comfortable beds, well equipped.There are a variety of places to eat nearby and a large Co op store.

The car park was very busy with builders’ vans (building site adjacent) so it was tricky parking the car. The pub and beer garden are close by.

Very central, clean and comfortable with all amenities you could ask for. Excellent communication from the owner before we went and on the day of arrival. Easy self check-in.

Every time we moved in bed it would rustle. That was the only "bad" thing.
