Very good

Well located but on a busy road near Seaforth Docks, couldn't see why reception required a form to be filled in on arriving when they had my details from app.

I liked everything about this place. Rooms were good size, clean and comfortable. Modern interior and ample charging points. Shower room is very clean efficient. Overall very good experience. Will definitely be back whenever come to this part of the country.

Missed breakfast as they are short of staff due to covid situation but they promised that they will start this service soon.

Quiet, clean and spacious room.We were often asked if we were ok and if we needed anything.

Friendly Staff, always someone at reception able to help.Nice rooms, inside has been newly refurbished to a good standard. Close to Main Street, 10 minute walk away to lots of restaurants and bars.Train station also only 10 minute walk away.

There was no breakfast in the price which we though was to high not value for money

The distance from Liverpool was greater than we thought but the public transport was very good.

Family run business, staff at reception were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean.

Only stayed for one night. The room was quite basic for the price, although there was an event that weekend. The room was very small.

Clean good parking and in a nice area.

The hot water didn't come on while 18.30so couldn't get showered after work.

for my situation. one night from late 9pm till 8am not to bad. clean and good shower. quick stop and keep driving

not city's center but close. I don't know how many rooms but small parking,for busy time could be problem. maybe problem with Internet password

We liked that it was Very clean also that the hotel/B&B had modern decor

We didn't like that we had to share toilet with other people stay within the hotel plus we didn't find the mattress very comfortable.

A lovely clean and bright hotel . The staff member I met was very helpful . She even rang me to find out what time I would get to the hotel as I was running very late due to the very heavy traffic on the M6. All in all a nice but short stay.The room I had was very nice and clean and Avery comfortable bed.I’ve got no pictures .

There was no breakfast available and no bar . Also the shower in my room ran very very hot , I couldn’t turn it down.

Staff are very kind and helpful and will go that extra mile in order to satisfy there customers. Hotel room was very spacious, clean and nice, with a modern interior. Overall I would really recommend booking The Marlborough hotel.

Not very welcoming entrance. Room and bathroom were clean but there was a faint must smell. Not good value for money: beware when you book a room for 3 people, you must also specify room occupancy. I had to pay additional fee for not reading the small prints.

Lovely place in a great location. Staff were always on hand and very helpful , rooms were spotless and very comfortable.

The advert offered breakfast but I was advised at check-in that due to Covid-19 restrictions, breakfast was not available. Whilst I understand the Covid-restrictions, I believe this fact should have been made clear at time of booking.
