Close to tube station and staff were extremely helpful and courteous.

It’s spacious and well maintained. The lobby is continent and you can send your packages. They even held out things for us for a few days. Love the washer and dryer

Smooth check in and check out, thoughtful amenities (complete kitchen, towels, yoga mat!), comfortable bed/pillows and beddings, very clean and spacious. Location is lovely.

Absolutely lovely and perfect flat in Maida Vale/Little Venice. It was clean and bright. Super relaxing after the franticness of London. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful private neighborhood garden. Quiet and clean neighborhood with great restaurants nearby.

Place was spacious, comfortable and clean. Easy access to tube station. Beautiful area with nearby coffee shops and grocery store. Staff was friendly. Bathrooms were great. Beds comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything, even though the location might feel a little far from all tourist attractions, the vibe is great, quiet, clean, like a very classic upscale suburb. The apartment is clean, classic with touches of nice design. It is fully equipped. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Even though the apartment was the guest capacity was the reason for of our stay, the highlight of the property is an amazing park hidden behind the building. It was absolutely stunning.

The twin beds in the second bedroom were very narrow, smaller than a regular single bed and as such my 15 yr old son struggled to sleep comfortably.

Nice small hotel.Quite location.Close to tube. Huge rooms.Nice huge common garden.Exelent park 5min.walking. Only it was cold inside in March and floor in the kitchen needed fixing. Otherwise good quality compering price. I will come back.

The property was a pleasant surprise, we didn’t expect something this nice as we’d paid a really good price. It was a last minute booking and think we got a good deal. Great to have tea, coffee, milk on arrival. Very well equipped and very clean.

We loved everything about this property; the location, the amenities, how spacious and comfortable it was.

The property was stunning, beautifully decorated and very stylish and very clean.

When we arrived there was no heating on, the property was freezing cold, it didn’t warm up until the following day. There is no heating in either bathrooms which made it very difficult to shower. The bathroom off the master bedroom was unusable as it was freezing cold in there. The window didn’t seal properly so cold air was blowing in. When you arrive with children it’s very difficult if it’s cold. There were no extra blankets or duvets and we all had to sleep with jumpers on. The children had coats on. When the beating did come on it made a very loud noise in the second bedroom which made it hard to sleep with the heating on. The lack of heating in the bathrooms is a real issue and not what is expected at all.
