Kernu Manor Hotel & SPA

Excellent historic building and interiors. The park with the pond looked nice too, but didn't have time to walk around. Several rooms are for team working activities. Cute spa with big jacuzzis and several saunas. We were welcomed by a very nice lady.

Restaurant could have something simple for eating, too. We don't need the full menu all the time. Some fruits, cheese, cookies, for example.

Beautifully presented with cosy, intimate spa. Staff were extremely friendly and warm. Food was incredible. One of the best starters we've ever had. Loved the unique breakfast setup. A hidden gem!

Nothing, though parking could have parking.

The breakfast was very good, the spa itself very nice and quiet. Generally very nice hotel with nice surrounding area. The restaurant is also very nice.

The doors of the rooms are rather thin. So when there was a female quest locked out of her room and she constantly was knocking on her door to wake somebody up inside the rest of the quests were unfortunately also hearing it.

Dissapointment and time waste!

In restaurant we didn't find menu in English. Futhermore - there were not any main course dishes for the dinner except salmon soup, french fries and chicken wings! After the check inn (16.30) - we wanted to dine - and we were very disappointed for above mentioned. Because we had 4 h journey to the Manor! With the expectations, that we will get 5 star hotel comfort! Non of that!! We got the advice to go to Tallinn - if we don't like the menu.:(There were no room service as well! Although - when I searched stay in booking, I thick such option as "must have".In conclusion - The amount of money we spent for 3 rooms is HUGE! And the level of satisfaction - 0. In rooms (even in suite) - we don't have TV!, we don't have heater to boil water for the tea (although we have 2 packs of tea on the table).We are dissapointed! Please, don't deceive people any more. This place do not deserve 5 stars!

Royal decent breakfast. Spacious, clean and warm room and its bedroom. Very comfortable bed. Well fitted SPA. Beautiful area around the manor to go for a walk.

Late check-in and no response for a request to check in as early as a room is ready. Loose room's door lock so the door moved as somebody opened main hallway door. Check-out at 11:30 instead of 12:00.

The room was amazing. The view to the lake exceptional. The sunrise and the golden light through huge windows in the morning was truly magical. Unforgettable experience. The manor is very well decorated and has a specific warm and cozy atmosphere.

The spa temperature could of been little warmer

Very authentic manor experience. The rooms are renovated with keepingnthe original details in mind.Nice SPA in the basement, very good restaurant and friendly staff. A playground for kids outside and a nice beach strip to relax during good weather.

I expected a 5 star accommodation to have AC. The rooms were hot.

No air condicioner to be sure you can have normal room temoerature. No free water is spa area.

Food at the restaurant is of good quality. A bit pricey but very tasty

Breakfast wasn’t good. Not many choices. The room was not cleaned and the sleeping sofa was reaally bad

Quiet and free from disturbance.Fine dining in the evening with some spectacular results .We were not expecting that.Thank you for that experience.
