- The property is a historic building. It’s beautiful and the trees especially a massive massive at least 200 year-old tree that is in the back of the property where you sit and have breakfast. It was a pleasure just to look out and see that with the well next to it.

Parking was easy. Bed was comfortable.
Bathroom sink + bath had cracks missing, black marks, so dated. Room was small, for a 'superior'. Bathroom fan ran all night even with door closed + light off. VERY noisy, can hear lots of road traffic enough to keep awake, needs another pane of glass. Room very stuffy, couldn't open window due to noise, fan didn't work. We couldn't sleep and felt robbed of £260 (£295 inc fee for the dog) so we left the room and hotel at 2am to drive 1+ hour home. Awful.
Location and breakfast excellent.
The room was a little tired. Cracked floor tiles, no grip to help getting in and out of bath, a little dusty and very creeky floors!
Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous setting very friendly staff and excelent breakfast and dinner highly reccomend
Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and the food perfect!
Nothing!
The staff here could not do enough to help us. Everything we asked for was sorted immediately and with friendliness.
The bed was comfortable and everything we needed for our stay,
The room was quite small for a large bed, there was a very small space to walk around bed,we could not open the cupboard fully to get to the fridge for tea/ coffee facilities. Unfortunately for us the room was above the kitchen area so noisy up till 12pmNot that we could see anything as the window had obscured glass so no view
Lovely friendly staff. The restaurant served really nice in house cooked food. The room was small but comfortable. There were a number of walks in the countryside from the hotel
All good
Great location and surroundings. Nice decoration and good breakfast choice. Really helpful to offer a car service between Milsoms and Le Talbooth
Uncomfortably hot and unable to open windows. We did mention it to receptionist who explained it is an old property and other people had said the same.
Lovely peaceful situation. Close to where we wanted visit.
It was fine. Only downside or negative point was our bedroom/bathroom. It definitely needed to be redone. The bathroom window was dirty and had cobwebs so not cleaned.
Excellent bedding.
The winter duvet was way too heavy so my wife and I slept very little.
Good location.Warm welcome and great staff in general.Lovely dinner and breakfast. Ample convenient parking.
Nothing to dislike
The room was comfy and stylish and very clean. The bed was huge and extremely comfy. Breakfast was lovely, with lots of choice and good quality ingredients and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The pillows were a bit flat and unsupportive, but the staff managed to find an extra one which solved the problem.
Fantastic - room, staff, restaurant
Small reception run hotel friendly staff right service
A beautiful small boutique hotel setting in lovely grounds that short walk for Denham
Very comfortable and stylish room, with good facilities including a fridge. Breakfast was very good. Dog-friendly.
The hotel was noisy and you could clearly hear the occupants of the other rooms. As a result we didn't sleep well. Service at dinner was very disappointing. Not good value for money at all.
Cosy, comfortable room with amazing shower
That we weren't staying for longer
Breakfast was superb. Excellent cooked food, nice ripe fruit. Very friendly staff
Bathroom tiles cracked and grout missing
