Pros +
- The Pristine cleanliness of the room/cottage. The leisure pool was brilliant as was the pool attendant, who was friendly. Special mention of the front of house receptionist.
Cons -
- Originally tried to book hotel room. Informed it was full, but offered "Cottage". On arriving were told hotel was closed, as was Bay Restaurant. Meal could be provided at bar but very limited menu not attractive. After meeting manager, offered full refund
