- Excellent breakfast, given to us as a complimentary breakfast. Lots of of food to chose .. value for money, we enjoyed our stay as it exceeded our expectation, location near shopping malls . Staffs were very friendly and always helpful. I asked for spare pillow & was sent to me straight away. We will book again in the future! ☺️

- we didn’t stay at this you moved us to Novetel across the way your sister company before Christmas. it’s a lovely clean modern hotel and we would stay again . the bedroom had 2 lovely comfy beds good bedding . the pictures on wall Was beautiful lovely large airy room . biggest tv we have ever had . only suggestion that’s urgent really . you need Grab rails in shower the floor is slippy and the floor in bathroom is too . hard to fill kettle with gorgeous sink but we managed . the grab rail is a must as I needed it and so will everyone as floor so slippy . We still give 15/20 staff so helpful. we didn’t have breakfast as we had to get home urgently. but would recommend anyway as hotel was gorgeous . well done ?

- Nothing…. Excellent service ☺️
- Nothing really. Booking was for Adagio Aparthotel but on arrival was sent to Novotel next door and they had my reservation. This review is for Novotel, I'm not clear whether the two are connected but this seemed to an upgrade on what I booked.
- just needed the grab rail urgently and buy awkward for parking fir taxies that’s all not problem

Perfect location. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Room was lovely and clean.
Breakfast was below the standard that I had expected. Comfort of room was fine, and staff where very helpful and pleasant. The evening meal was excellent. Overall it was fine hotel to stay at.
The English breakfast needs improving, but overall it was clean and comforting hotel to stay at.
Apartment room looked stylish - nicely decorated with tasteful interiors and reasonable room size with attractive looking bathroom. Good location
Bed was very uncomfortable. Only two very flat pillows on double bed. Shower was low power. Could have been cleaner in kitchen.
Pretty much everything
It was quite confusing on arrival as doors where locked and couldn’t see anyone on reception. Had to go into Bar next door, was then told to go to novatel side which the receptionist was lovely and explained all. Over the 3 days no one was at the adagio front desk, which is understandable due to covid. Overall the stay was fantastic.
the staff were lovely. the hotel it’s self is gorgeous and so modern.
maybe add a thicker cover for the bed, but it was still ok.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was superb and delivered to the room still nice and hot. Would definitely stay here again .The booking situation stopped me giving it an excellent.
When we arrived they couldn't find the booking at it took about 40mins to check in. As a consequent the room didn't have the bedding for us and very little toilet paper. Minor frustrations going back and fo to reception .
