The Queens Hotel Harlech

The location was within walking distance of Harlech Castle, which was the reason for our visit. All the staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The wait staff and kitchen staff were knowledgeable about Celiac disease, and were very careful with the food preparation to accommodate our needs. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, and I would certainly stay there again if visiting the area.

Really cannot think of anything negative to say or even areas to improve.

The staff were all very welcoming and flexible, allowing me and my friend to show up much later than the latest check in time (since our train was late). We both felt welcome there and were glad to have somewhere warm to stay for the night. The facilities were great, and the staff served us a wonderful breakfast in the morning as well.

Proximity to the castle. Pillows were nice. Snacks were provided in room.

A bit impersonal. Tried to make arrangements to leave my bag with the hotel so I could hike up the hill but the owner just couldn’t be bothered. I also got up too late for breakfast which was only served for an hour on Sunday morning.

Location was perfect. Love the little extras in the room. Great pub. Great food. Good beer selection and all very reasonable price. Highly recommend staying there.

Rachel and Liam were great. The dinner was excellent. Nice shower and room.

Nice property with a restaurant and bar. Although it sits on top of a bar and next to the railroad, it was not loud and no disruption to sleep. The host provided a mask and ear plugs - but they were not needed.

Mattress too firm.

Owners are extremely nice and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Room was comfortable. Restaurant provided very good dinner and breakfast. Location was on the main road.

There are somewhat small winding stairs up to the first floor. However the owner was very gracious to help us with our luggage.

Bed was very comfortable, great view of the castle, good jar was a nice touch, breakfast was really tasty and good selection. Great hosts.

Shower could do with being a little more powerful

Fantastic hospitality, amazing beer garden, and the beds were very comfortable. Best place to stay if you're in Harlech.

Very welcoming and Rachael and Liam really welcome dogs. Food was good both for dinner and breakfast and beer very well kept. The prices were also very reasonable.

Lovely staff, room had everything we need, nice little touches and v clean. Dogs v welcome, even got a free sausage as we left. Close to gorgeous beach and castle

Bed a bit hard for us. Shower not v powerful, but these things did not detract from enjoying the room

The location and view of the castle is beautiful and the lit castle at night is a sight to be seen.Service was excellent very friendly & attentive.Food was lovely home cooked.Rooms & all areas clean and tidy.Shop across road for any last min essentials.

Nothing Major but a bit better signage to reception that's all, it is a Iconic lovely old building.
