Room was clean and very comfortable. Easy check in and friendly and accommodating staff.

Ease of entry and fantastic attention to requirements very easy process and absolutely spotless.

It was spacious, clean and comfy. Everything I could have needed was supplied.

Stayed here for a last minute booking which Laura was very accommodative with. Room is very clean, fresh and well located. I couldn't fault it and have recommended to all my colleagues that are going to be staying in the area. Excellent service.

Lovely room every last detail thought out . Like slippers ear plugs ect .

The only problem me has was in our room there was another door we didnt know where it lead to . It wasnt a cupboard as a light was shinning underneath all night and we couldnt open it . There was a lot of banging coming from behind it at a few points in the evening . Very loud but this only lasted sort of 5/10 seconds then stopped .

The rooms are very clean, modern and comfortable.

The room was spotlessly clean, bed comfy and close to all amenities. We did ask for one room to be on the ground floor which they accommodated for us even though they were very busy. We appreciated this. ?

The radiator in the bathroom constantly sounded like it was squeaking it may need bleeding this did keep us awake ok and off. We did notice the walls were very thin we could hear everything that was being said in the room next door.

Location and cleanliness. Ease of check in & lovely spotless rooms. Son lives in Ulveston and this is now our preferred choice of hotel when visiting. Reasonable price too.

Wish we could have a super king bed!! Everything else perfect.

It was a beautiful property both inside and out. The room was modern and clean with everything we needed and it wasn’t too far of a drive to the Lake District which was the purpose of our visit. I would recommend booking a table somewhere if you choose to stay in this area as the one restaurant nearby was fully booked as it was Saturday evening. However, the Chinese takeaway around the corner was lovely!

Minor issue, but the cold water tap didn’t seem to get very cold which was odd and the fridge wasn’t too great at keeping our drinks cold but this would not stop me from revisiting in the future.

Lovely village location, clean, well equipped accommodation.

A really nice location,and the building has been very well restored.Very clean and really well set out .my son and his partner had a double room.I had a single room which was very comfortable and very well presented.with excellent .facilities The only thing it was really difficult to have a wet shave due to the size of the sink ,also difficult to open the window due to the desk and depth of the window sill.I understand this was due to limited space .A very enjoyable stay .

Nice & clean. Very comfortable and all round a nice place .Wasn't to much of a problem but next time i will ask for a ground floor.10 minutes or so from South Lakes Safari Zoo which was the reason we picked this location .Plan to stop again in the future. Local pubs and shops within walking distant.
