Pros +
- Everything went well, from check in to departure 2 nights later. Cabin was in a secluded area of the complex with everything in you could want. Comfy bed and pilllows, good shower and toilet facilities and seating area with TV and internet. Kitchen well appointed and comfy dining chairs, biggest surprise was the inclusion of breakfast ingredients. Cereals, bottle of milk and a loaf of toastie bread all included. Very pleased with our experience, we’d book again.
- Liked the idea of breakfast basics being the room berths accommodation is a distance from any shops. You can't beat having all you need for a nice cup of tea ready when you arrive.
- Great location for the wedding we were attending. Comfortably slept a family of 5.

- Not a lot.

- When I booked breakfast I thought this would include breakfast prepared for us. Instead it means some cereal and a loaf of bread in your room. This was a little disappointing and had I realised this I wouldn't have bothered with breakfast.

The property was lovely and clean, nice to have a selection of breakfast and drinks included, and even though it’s near a busy road, I could barely hear it.
Sadly the shower kept going from too hot to too cold, and after a cold night out at nearby Bedgebury Christmas walk it would have been nice to have come back to have a hot shower.
Friendly, personal welcome and the fact that my lodge had been prepared in advance of my later arrival with the heater on and outside light on so I could find my way. Perfect location for my work at Bewl Water. Lovely lodge with a layout that managed to feel both cosy and roomy. Clean, warm, comfortable, great shower. Just perfect!
If I was being really picky the lighting in the kitchen area wasn't great, yet it was fine for what I needed
Lots of attention to detail given (toiletries, kitchen facilities, condiments, etc). Cabin had everything we needed (family of four) with plenty of room to move about. Cabin was lovely and warm, and the blackout blinds work a treat to keep it dark at night. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if visiting the area.
Mattress on bed was softer than we would like. Would have been great to be able to recycle our cardboard, plastic waste etc we had during our stay. We couldn't see any recycling bins but would be very keen to recycle if offered.
Perfect location for work at the local rail depots. Lovely clean rooms and friendly staff. Second visit.
Well fitted out cabins which serve their purpose very well
Exit/ entrance to property....not the fault of the owner of course. More a roads/transport issue - vehicles fly up and down this road. This can be quite hairy at times.
The owners were lovely and really helped us out. Restfully quiet location (you need a car), comfy beds and clean lodge.
A brown bread option for breakfast would be great!
Continental breakfast. Location.h
A shaver point in the bàthoroom. Better lighting.
Had everything we needed, perfectly placed, very spacious and we had friends in neighbouring chalets. We had a few games, with a local Chinese delivery and was very relaxed as the rooms were sound proofed xxx
Had to leave
Regrettably the Sofa bed is out of alignment and proved to be uncomfortable to sleep on.
It was a good sight to stay secure and clean.
The cabin was cosy and clean and it was a lovely touch having a loaf of bread, a 4 pint of milk, orange juice and cereals waiting for us on arrival. There was also some menus for local takeaways which was also appreciated. The cabin was well equipped and we were able to prepare a meal and enjoy it. There was also soaps and mini shampoos and towels to which we wasn’t expecting. We really enjoyed our stay and would revisit in future.
The accommodation met all our needs and we really enjoyed our stay. As much as I hate to comment on Wi-Fi as you don’t go away for that, it’s become such an expectation to have wi-fi that you notice it when it’s not up to scratch and that’s probably the only slight issue we had. We wasn’t able to connect to the wi-fi but it wasn’t hugely inconvenient but was the only thing I “didn’t like” but not enough that I wouldn’t stay again ?
House was nice.
Breakfast was poor.if you mansion breakfast it mean at list eggs, yoghurts fat milk!!! Your meal was nothing.green label milk is not milk, this is just white water!!
Clean facilities with everything that you need. Were very helpful about early check up.
Extremely clean, came with all the little things you need to make your stay comfortable eg hand soap, Sponge and washing up liquid. There was even a fan which was fab because it was a hot day. Rooms were soundproofed, which was great as we have small children.
There was nothing that we didn't like although if we had to choose something, it is a quiet location maybe not ideal for small children to run around.
Breakfast was very good. The location was excellent for us
