The property is in the village, just above the excellent restaurant. There is a pub across the road, and another down by the ferry terminal. Restaruant staff gave us our access code and showed us to our room. The rooms have been refurbished to a high spec. Very comfortable if somewhat small.
No compliants.
Location, cleanliness and great value for money.
Staying in this property it would be very difficult to find anything that would cause any problems as there were none.
Perfect location for travelling to Bishopscourt race track. About 15 minutes away. Really good restaurant below which did not disappoint one bit.
Warm and colourful modern rooms with great views.
Totally disappointing. Cold non boutique room. Advertising - not what we got.
Not at all what we paid for. Tiny cold dull room. No heating worked. Couldn’t take shower as no hot water. Freezing room. Window was opened before our arrival and no heating so we were freezing and could not sleep. No chocolates as promised. No instructions for the coffee maker. Cobwebs above TV. No heating worked in bedroom or shower room. 3 Dull dank grey coloured walls. Certainly not boutique decor as in photos. Not any bags of crisps - as in photos or bottled water for us as guests. The next day when leaving we could see other guest rooms had these in their accommodation. Very small shower room - not as advertised on the photos of the room we chose. Bedroom was not as on photos of the bedroom that we chose. Wasn’t even the same room as in the 4 photos of the room that we chose. Wi-Fi password did not work and we had requested this twice and on the 3rd message from Heidi - the third attempt and a new password given - this then worked but it was too late at night to start using it. Had to open a Netflix account -£4.99 - a monthly payment to use for our 1 night stay. Other accommodation that we’ve experienced - have guests set up for free Netflix access. I would like a complete refund. Cormac phoned at 9.02pm as we still could not get the radiators working. We tried the thermostat - turned the radiator knobs anticlockwise as Heidi had advised and as advised by Cormac turned the thermostat to the highest -30- still did not work. A cold night in a dull non boutique very small room with no sleep.
Good beds. Good shower. Good towels. Quiet locality
Never saw a human. No welcome...no thanks...a code for main door...which didn't work. After a phone call we got in to a dark inhospitable hallway. On reaching our rooms. another code which didn't work. Another phone call and we got in.Nobody else in the building...really weird atmosphere...most unwelcoming....we had to use our flash lights on phone to read the code box....
Nice room in good location. However, note that the postcode given takes you to a place some miles away!
It wasn’t open on the day we were there - the restaurant was shut even though it was a bank holiday Monday
Beautiful room in a perfect position to explore Strangford Lough. Very comfortable bed, tea and coffee in the room and lots of fluffy towels.
Very tricky to park nearby but it was festival weekend.
The modern design of our roomThe food ? The Staff ,so friendly
Lovely room, great location, small elevator, restaurants nearby, close to the harbor
Had to call the listed number to figure out how to get in. There is no staff it is like a small apartment building with multiple rooms but the person I spoke with was very helpful and I figured it out
The room was comfortable and decorated to a high standard. Getting your room codes by text was very handy.
We didnt see any staff so hard to comment on them. Breakfast included would make it perfect.
The Restraunt food and service was outstanding well done Brieanna and the team
Noisey room with extractor fan outside
Decor and cleanliness
Temp of room - was cold
Location was good, rooms were clean and tastefully decorated.
Door entry to bedrooms complicated, instructions needed, sofa bed in the family room whilst nice to look at was hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.A continental breakfast was available at an extra charge but really could have been included in the price, this could have been pointed out on the booking website page.
Good communication and lovely clean modern roomHad breakfast in the restaurant below the next morning which was excellent
Room was small but as only stayed one night for a wedding it was perfect
Very clean, lovely decor and really close to the bars and restaurants
Nothing. Everything was perfect!
The accomodation is located in the village close to the waterfront, restaurants and pubs. there are numerous attractions in the countryside around the village. Entry to the accomodation was by key-pad codes, but the restaurant staff were available when we arrived to show us in.
For the rate, breakfast could have been included.
