The outside area on approach to the property was really awful and didn't give a good first impression and needs to be addressed

The rear yard acsess behing the Pub, is a mess, and is the first thing you see, needs attension.

Large suite with wonderful views over the estuary. Breakfast at the Pennington Hotel excellent. Friendly staff.

The back of the Inn was untidy and a bit grubby however the suite itself was very clean.

Loved the room I was staying in, room 24 with stairs up at the back. Stunning views of the estuary from two windows. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated.

I don’t think it was clear that the rooms are above a working pub, there was a live music event on the night I stayed which threw my plans for a quiet relaxing evening out the window. Insufficient noise proofing.

Getting breakfast from other location

The room was very large and very well appointed.

It was a shame that breakfast had to taken in the separate Pennington Hotel which is why we skipped it.

Pub beneath the property was very warm and welcoming but nothing to do with the room we rented..

Breakfast was extra cost and based at the Pennington Hotel 50 yds away from room. Not worth the cost of £14.Steep outdoor stairs and had broken light above stairs and potential hazard. Bulb was reported in the Inn but they are nothing to do with room rental. Informed the Pennington Hotel and it was replaced once we asked.Outdoor area was a little unkempt and could do with a spruce up.

Lovely room, warm and comfortable. Staff at the Pennington were outstanding.

I only got to stay the night.

The room is huge and the food is fantastic, our second stay here and it won't be our last.

The entrance to the rooms could be nicer with a bit of tarmac.

The location was stunning! We stayed in the suite above the Inn , with three big windows looking out over the estuary. The room was huge and very comfortable.

Lovely and quiet Food at the place below was lovely.Nice and warm with the radiators, would have loved the suite next door, but it was taken.The room we stayed in was really cosy though. Would go back

the view was outstanding. the room was clean and the food served was lovely

the steps to the room were at the back of the Inn and no light at night very dark reported it to hotel and they apologised and promised to have it fixed

Great views - even though it rained! Very large spacious room, and big bathroom with free standing bath! Great fridge

The entrance unfortunately is up some stairs at the back of the pub, so a bit unsightly, but once you’re in it’s a lovely room!
