Excellent service, nice big rooms, restaurant and bar with a lovely library.

Food is good and there are plenty of local places to eat if you arrive last.

Would have liked a bath also but the showers are great.

Clean large room, staff were welcoming. 10 minute walk from train station. Asda across road and food places nearby.

There was a smell in the room like stale sweat.The shower started off ok and then went to a trickle of cold water.

Really nice breakfast, good choice, great service.Location is lovely by the waters edge.

All staff are courteous and polite, always helpful and friendly. Food is always good and plenty to choose from. Rooms are always clean and tidy and the shower is always hot!

The weather

We were travelling on P&O Ferry to Scotland and the hotel was ideally situated at the Port of Larne . An ideal place to break our journey. The hotel is excellent in every way , clean ,comfortable and the staff are friendly and efficient. We ate at the hotel and found the food excellent. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

I loved my stay here, the staff were amazing, friendly and happy to help, the breakfast here is excellent, piping hot and cooked fresh!

Convenient place to stay

Traffic noise, very close to habour, the sea view was restricted.

Close to Larne port, lovely hotel. Comfy bed and pillows.

Booking in was simple and the staff were brilliant as we had messed up the order for our 2 rooms and they changed it and gave one visitor a discount on the room even though it was not their problem. We had dinner in the restaurant and there was an excellent selection on the menu. Rooms were very comfortable and clean and had one of the best showers on our stay. Further to this, one of the guests left their handbag in the hotel and was on the Ferry when it was discovered, after phoning in a panic as the ferry was to leave in 10 minutes - a staff member jumped in to a car and drove it to the ferry port in time for us to get the handbag. That is way and beyond any service from a hotel I can ever imagine. Grateful and relieved does not cover it.

Nice hotel. We used it to catch the morning ferry and it did the job.Nice bar with live music on the Friday.

We couldn't cool down the room, even though we turn the radiator off and opened the window.

Didn’t have breakfast as left before breakfast served. Room was clean. Perfect location for ferry.

Shower didn’t work properly. Very little water came out of head but not enough for a shower. Was looking forward to one but it didn’t happen.
