Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The card used to make the booking must be presented at check-in. If this is not possible, you must contact the hotel before arrival. The company must forward a letter head request to the hotel to charge the card for the specified amount, if booked for their employee. Please note the lead guest must be 18 years and older. At check-in, the guest must present a valid form of photo ID. Deposits charged towards the reservation will not be refunded if a room is canceled due to weather conditions, natural disasters or transportation disruptions before, during, or after the cancelation period. For your convenience, Eurotraveller Hotel Express is a cashless property, so please ensure you have a valid credit or debit card available for room payments. for any additional charges like beverages or drinks, mobile payments are also acceptable. Please note visitors are not allowed after 22:00.
