- This should be called a hotel , it’s worst than a cheap motel . 1. The elevator didn’t work . I saw some reviews from months earlier where guests had complained about the broken elevator and hotel responded that it will be fixed soon . The staff gave me the same same excuse , I end up hauling luggage for myself and my 11 year old son 3 floors.2. There was no one at the check in , had to wait a while for the front desk staff to show up . There was a number to call the front desk but that number stopped reponding once I left the reception.3. Room was carpeted and carpet was extremely dirty .4. There was no water bottles in the room. I have to go to the front desk 3 floors for water .

Room was on fourth floor and lift was not working and staff forgot to hand over the manual key even he was not aware of it I was again came down to collect the key even staff was not aware of it
