Old Hall Hotel

Good clean accommodation.. Excellent breakfast.

Not all channels work on TV.

Plenty of easily accessible parking, great facilities, very clean and tidy

The staff for reception being split between front of house at the bar and check-in desk. Whilst having plenty of staff available to greet guests at the spa?. We had to ring the bell several times and then went to the spa, where spa staff had to track down the guy from front of house who was busy in the bar. We requested late check-out, however were told it was not possible as they had people checking in early to our rooms after our check out time. So despite being happy to pay more to check out late, we could not. This meant more of a rush in the morning. We were kindly offered to option to use the rest of the facilities after our check out, and store put luggage which was nice.

We went for year wedding anniversary and few months prior to arriving I had asked if could do something little which I would be happy to pay. Just so when we walk in it felt special We arrived to love heart shapes on the bed..a banner and balloons which was perfect ?

We was told for some reason breakfast wasn't booked si had paid but then told after we didn't need to pay. Wasn't refunded but other than that it was the perfect stay 3rd time coming. But been 3 other times for a spa day ❤️

Room was good size. Comfortable bed. Bathtub.

Room (24) looked directly out onto a wall.Only 1 chair in room plenty of room for 2.Breakfast was served at table. Self service for cold items would be preferable with table service for hot items.Bearing in mind price paid for accomodation the service was not very professional.

Large room (No. 3), comfortable bed, armchairs, fridge, shower room -- all very good.

Excellent breakfast. Swimming pool with steam rooms and sauna a dream.

Shower temp a pain

Breakfast was lovely. Excellent produce. Staff were attentive. Very hot and quick service. The bed was massive. Liked the tv and hairdryer.

There could have been a couple of water bottles in the fridge maybe. Extra pack of biccies would be nice touch. Our view wasn't the best from the room.

The room was very large and the dinner and breakfast were also very good value.

Had a wet room in bathroom which would have been ideal for anyone with a disability but we would have preferred a normal shower.

Comfortable, lovely and friendly staff, excellent breakfast, good value, lovely clean swimming pool and spa. We were walking the Norfolk Coast Path and the hotel was just perfect after a long day of walking.

Would prefer a slightly more modern bathroom but it was perfectly okay really!

Well placed clean environment. Check in/out smooth and friendly. The only firm point; Staff were distracted at breakfast even though on my 1/3rd full. Would stay again.

Lovely and nice room, amazing food and lovely staff. When you pay a big amount for the room you expect some goods in the fridge but was empty. Just the only one minus.

First impression was excellent, reception was clean and corridor to room smelt really clean (similar to dentist surgery smell)Breakfast table, once again excellent on the eye, Sauce bottles where clean even when lid was opened no old sauce around the bottle hole, 4 new marmalade jars aswell

Toilet paper!Lights in corridors slow to come on so felt like walking a few steps in the dark waiting for each hallway light to come on. A spinner for wet costumes in the spa would be very useful.

Stayed here many times It's a lovely hotel. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the staff are very friendly, and pool area etc is great. We cannot fault the hotel at all

Everything was lovely, we have been before and will come again. Lovely location for some peace and quiet.

No hot water one evening, but it was sorted out within 20 minutes and restaurant kept our table for us as wouldn't have been showered in time!

We have stayed here many times. It's a lovely hotel and the staff are very friendly. We are staying there again next week
