Pros +

  • Flowering trees
  • Usual great service from this hotel I choose to stay in weekly for work. Offers everything I need.

Cons -

  • Housekeepers are trouble makers. They complained about me having a cat (instead of a dog) in a pet friendly hotel and housekeepers caused management to demand my leaving. I had to cancel all my plans for a very important meeting I had in London . Of all the places Ive stayed in the uk this is the most un-pet-friendly. Avoid, as housekeepers here are clearly influential and a snap of their fingers, and management steps in line with heresay Literally youll have to ruin all your plans and meetings just because of gossiping cruel housekeepers who like to make problems instead of positivity. Not impressive that management ad retires let friendly hotel but is really meaning dog friendly. I spent a few hundred pounds here and always quiet and pleasant. Not at all ok to be cruel to my sweet little Persian and ruin all my London plans because of entertaining speciesism. Id say this hotel is on its way out of business. Hardly any customers, prices really high and then they kick good paying customers out for literally nothing Shower drain clogged. Water overflows the basin Leaving puddle a toss bathroom floor. My guess is housekeeper rather then unclogging then drains, likely blamed my pet for the water. Really ridiculous if theyd rather accuse a pet of peeing rather then just call a plumber. Sink was blocked too. They handed me a plunger and basically expected me to fix the drains. For 85 hotel room I get to also unclog their drains? Oh how lovely! Main complaint. Housekeepers. Speciesism, accusations against my pet. Food was terrible. Burger was like a rubber toy. The kind you see in the childs play kitchen with rubber fake foods. I didnt eat it. Manager agreed to refund me for my bad food. Still waiting for refund to show back in my account.
