Pros +
- It was a classic manor home with gorgeous rooms, ovely gardens and convenient to the airport. The staff was kind and friendly. Brealfast was delicious.
- Breakfast was fantastic. Nice big room.
- Nice Bar & Restaurant, we missed breakfast due to an early flight.Quiet place with nice rooms.Staff was very helpful and friendly
Cons -
- Room could have done with a larger en-suite or the toilet being rearranged.
- The bed was as hard as a rock. Would question about the mattress before staying again. The lighting in the bedroom was very dim so it was difficult to see to get ready for the wedding we were attending. Some of the rooms in the main building are you on the 2nd floor with lots of tight stairs and no lift. Ask if you need ground floor accommodations.
- Room furnishings were outdated and needed some TLC, although very clean.

Staff were really attentive and helpful. They couldn't do enough to help. The rooms were huge and had everything we needed. Food was amazing too. The grounds and building are really well kept. We attended a wedding at the hotel, and they made it a very special day for the whole family. Every little detail was perfect.

Staff friendly and helpful. Food was very good. Garden exceptional. Spacious room

Feels like living castle.Staff was helpful packed breakfast parcel early in the morning so that we can leave and catch our flight back home. Very close to airport .
Elegant, tasteful and quiet. The room was the best we have stayed in on this trip to Scotland. The staff were courteous, pleasant and professional. The breakfast was delicious despite being buffet style and had all the items you would expect in a full Scottish breakfast. There were many continental items if you were so inclined.
The Lynnhurst Hotel was located in a small residential neighborhood with a beautiful yard/garden. The breakfast was good and the staff helpful. The restaurant had excellent dining options.
Not the hotel’s fault but not convenient for Uber. The hotel staff was able to get a local taxi very quickly and reasonably priced.
The room was spacious and comfortable. Big bathroom with a good shower. Close to train station with free parking only two stops from Glasgow Central
Lighting in the room was inadequate, especially the bedside lamp. Shower over bath is not safe for elderly clients unless a handrail is installed. One staff member was strangely difficult to deal with. All others were great! Breakfast buffet supplied no utensils for serving cereals of fruit or yoghurt or toast - guests handling food.
Clean, good location, tasty breakfast
Very cosy room, bed was extremely comfortable.
It was overall great, what i will say is I think there should be more than 1 person at the breakfast service. The girl was rushed off her feet with many people needing things at the one time. Ourselves and other guests had made comments about this. But overall a fantastic stay.
Excellent location we where flying from Glasgow Airport next day wonderful start to our family holiday room was lovely beds comfy very friendly staff enjoyed an excellent evening meal, drinks on the terrace a Tunocks tea cake in the room and a quality Scottish breakfast what’s not to like would definitely stay again or at any of the sister hotels.
The hotel is obviously a popular wedding venue a couple of the guests where quite noisy arguing late on out side hotel (waiting for taxi) not for long and 100% totally not the hotels fault didn’t spoil anything but remiss not to mention
Reception staff very helpful, room clean and comfortable, plenty of on-site parking, lovely outdoor seating areas
The room was warm although the receptionist did provide a fan which helped. The location of the hotel under the flightpath of Glasgow airport means it is rather noisy
Clean and tidy, well maintained. Great sized room with new bathroom fitout, although the shower was weird. Easy parking, no major issues.
Breakfast was very average. Also it’s under the flight path but not too bad as there were not many flights during the night.
Food, cleanliness,staff
As on other visits, room was very cold.
Welcome was friendly & efficient. No help offered to lug cases out of reception, along gravel & into building housing our upstairs roomRoom was clean and spacious with nice bathroom & great shower.Evening meal pricey but very good. Service was very friendly, but slightly haphazard, & overly casual considering the high standards evident elsewhere.Breakfast was outstanding. The waitress was excellent. Welcoming, efficient & genuinely friendly. The food was first class.Overall, a really nice hotel which we may book again if arriving late in the day at Glasgow airport.
The hotel seems mostly geared up to provide top end wedding receptions.Consequently, there was a shortage of post dinner comfortable seating arrangements for residents. As the hotel was quiet, we relaxed on a couch in the reception area. The fire smoke/alarm sounded as we sat in reception area after our meal. The cause turned out to be a overly fired jalapeño in the kitchen! The staff quickly cancelled the alarm & told us not to worry. There was no tannoy advising the rest of the building, however. This led to a number of bewildered guests arriving at reception asking what was going on.
lovely - well kept hotel - beautiful gardens
Everything! Staff very welcoming - breakfast was incredible
It was big spacious & clean
It was a little expensive

Springs were springing in the mattresses.I asked for another pot of tea at breakfast, the girl just refilled the teapot with water....no fresh tea bag. I couldn't drink it.

Once again the room was very cold.
