- Check in was quick and easy. Lovely, super friendly lady at the bar, who took us round to our room and gave us some information and booked us a table for dinner. Room wasn't anything amazing to look at, but it was tidy and clean, and had all we needed, and of course the added bonus that our dogs could stay . Nice little courtyard area that the dogs / children were able to potter about it. This area is only a short distance to the car park, then the road, with no gate - something to be aware of if you have wandering dogs. Breakfast was included in our stay and was a nice start to the day. The lady who checked us in was working again. She gave us lots of information about the ponies and surrounding areas / places to go etc, chatted with the children and gave the dogs a big fuss. Would definitely return if we needed dog friendly facilities again.
