You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 450 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the spa facilities are closed every Monday to allow for cleaning and maintenance. Early check-ins must be arranged prior to arrival. Early check-ins are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the property. We welcome dogs within our self-catering accommodations, there is an additional fee to add your dog/s to your booking. Please inform us ahead of your arrival if you plan on bringing your dog/s along with you. The hot tub and salt therapy room facilities are permitted to guests aged16 and over. Children under this age are not permitted in the spa area at any time. Stag parties are not permitted, Hen party bookings are allowed but barns must be adjacent. - 1- the location is amazing. Peaceful, green, lots of places to walk and rewind! 2-the barn house as soon as you walk in smell gorgeous and clean, the toilets are very clean with towels, and lovely toiletries, beds are very comfortable and lining feels expensive. The kitchen has all the necessary you need. Theres a booklet explaining everything about the barn and about the area , things to do and places to eat. 3-the coffee in the barn is delicious and the staff are very friendly! Theres goats too. My little one was so happy to go and see them every 30 min Over all me my family would definitely come back and I have already recommended to my friends! 5
- Comfy beds and bedding, warm, plenty of hot water, clean. Coming from London, we instantly noticed and enjoyed the silence. Fields for dog walking and a short walk into the marina.
- We loved everything about the place. It was such a beautiful location. The perfect place to relax and unwind. There's a wonderful cafe on site that serves delicious food. Wonderful friendly staff. The couple that run the site are warm and friendly and their sweet dog Everest will come and pay you a visit. Had to ring them as he was rather happy in the barn with us and didn't want to leave. But we didn't mind as we are a dog living family. It's the perfect get away for a single, couple or a family retreat. Can highly recommend using the spa and gym for treatments too.
