Nothing, really.
My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. Great little restaurant downstairs with an amazing range of cocktails. Food was amazing, compliments to the chef. Staff was friendly. Room was lovely and bed was super comfy and strong. Would highly recommend
Spotlessly clean and modern finishing
The mattress was not comfortable at all, springs could be felt through sheet. Need to put a topper on to the bed.
On the main road of Buckie, easy to find. Staff were efficient and friendly. Breakfast was great!!
Really good hotel great facilities & really friendly staff & great food especially the breakfast 1st class. Deffo stay there again
Staff were very friendly. Very nice breakfast included in the price in the morning. Rooms very spacious and comfortable beds.
The bed was big and comfortable
Bathroom tiles were literally not cleaned, breakfast was very simple, some dishes to choose from plus coffee or tea. No juices, no fruits, no toast, cheese, jam etc.
Staff very friendly, bar and restaurant good. Impressed with vegan menu
Shower ran hot and cold. For breakfast veggie sausage would be great
Really good breakfast and staff. Great that we could have dinner and walk up to bed!
The bathroom in our room (Glenmorangie) really smelt quite bad .. maybe the drains? Needed to clean under the beds.
Nice and comfy room, very nice breakfast, tasty food in their restaurant.
Only nitpicks - like the toilet seat not fitting 100%, and there was a bit of a smell coming from the drains in the bathroom, but I did not really care about that.
Nice staff, really comfy room, clean, vegan options in restaurant
Breakfast was superb plenty to start the day. Hotel situated on a quiet Street very quietLocals noisy but friendlydefinitely stay again.
Clean, comfortable, great food and service!
The only problem was the muggy heat the first week I stayed there. I opened the window but the seagulls kept me awake. I put the tall fan on thereafter but of course it was quite noisy! Hard to know what the solution could be! Maybe air vents in the window?
The staff were friendly when checking in and the room was fine.
The hotel pre se was not the issue. My gripe was the man who was put in the room next to me who made very loud Tourettes type shouts every 15 minutes or so. I went down to the bar at 11 45 and barman knew who I was talking about. He started typing into his phone and I assumed something was being done. By 1am I realised nothing had been done and all the staff were away. The neighbour was now often leaving his room (to go to the toilet presumably) and the frequent thumping of doors (they close very noisily) was horrendous. By 2am I realised I was not getting any sleep and decided to leave. I was lucky in respect that I had my friend's cottage about three hours drive away. I reckoned it was safer driving at night after 2 hours of no sleep rather than after 8 hours in the morning. I left a note explaining my decision. The most damning criticism is that nobody has bothered to phone and apologise. This is now 5 days later. I phoned up the next day and was given a sort of apology and told that "yes he does that when he's drunk" and that the neighbour was re-roomed upstairs. That's all and good but didn't help me. For £70 I had a shower and got to lie on a bed for a few hours. Much more importantly I lost out on 6 hours of exploring the Moray coast next day which was the main point of my visit. This man was a known guest and was still put in with others which I find incredible given his history.
