- Clean comfortable room
- A fabulously modern hotel with all the comforts and amenities one might expect at a much higher star rating/price point. The staff is super helpful and friendly. They even offer enticing options in exchange for forgoing daily housekeeping. Very nice!
- Close to 2 stations.
Cons -
- While there is a train station nearby, the location is not convenient to tourist areas
- Location (zone 3) is a teeny bit out of the way for the typical tourist, but close to Heathrow Airport. The hotel is right next to the tube station. The Picadilly-Uxbridge line was experiencing major delays when we were there.
- I did not like the bathroom. It has very dark lighting and the toilet had a stained seat and it smelled.
