It was a lovely location with good space and nice decoration. Young children would love it. There are lots of facilities. The chalet was great.

Beautiful chalet in the perfect location. Great amenities on site. Hosts were great with communication too.

Beds were a little hard, bit other than that it was fab!

The property was clean , tidy and there was enough space for 4 adults

The chalet is slightly dated in parts but my mum and dad who are elderly liked it. The TV was good. Oven good. Good pots and pans. Beds comfortable.

Improvements needed. Better glasses were too bulky and heavy, cups too, nicer lighter ones would be better, my mum couldn't hold them. The shower unit hard to get the right temp probably needs updating. Proper curtains in the main bedroom as it was very bright in the morning. New flooring in the kitchen. The extraction hood filter is very greasy and needs cleaning. And the fireplace light doesn't work and is dusty and cobwebs.

Lovely and clean. Nice location.

Master Bedroom could do with a shelf with larger mirror to act as dressing table with plug socket rather than a set of drawers but not particularly important.

Lovely bungalow on a peaceful site. Very comfortable beds!

Stayed in Beeches. Shame that the wooden floors creaked. Would have preferred chairs with backs instead of a wooden bench. Disappointed that had to pay premiums for pool and club house.

Everyone friendly loved the club house.

Some of the furniture looked abit tired and fridge desperately needed defrosting.

The quietnessof the site though all yiu needed was around just a short walk away.

kitchen cupboard doors do not fit .wall lights in twin room did not work.no remote for tv in double bedroom .clock in lounge needs new batteries.only 2 teaspoons ! and random mugs. no tea pot.not many casserole dishes etc to cook with.terrible flooring, very squeaky especially down the small hall.twin beds small and uncomfortable for an adult.ants crawling all over kitchen tops and found 1 in the microwave. They kept going under the draining board which needs sealing.I text the owner about the remote and wall lights but had no response.Will not be returning to this bungalow again.

Great location if you want to explore Devon. Walking distance to the beach. Nice , clean chalet, perfect for the family of 4. The kitchen was very well equipped. The owner was very helpful (there was a problem with a sink, after reporting it, he came to fix it asap).

Please note you have to pay extra for a swimming pool (£6 adult, £4 kids)There were no games/puzzles for kids although it was mentioned in a description when we made reservation. However, owners said they forgot to update it.

Self catering property was spotless with everything we needed,we booked this as we had stayed there last year and enjoyed it

Excellent value for money. Could not comment on staff, whenever saw any. Close to all amenities, clean and comfortable, what more could you ask for ?

Good location, close to the beach. Entertainment was good.

- strong smell of dampness- armchair was dirty- bathroom needed an upgrade- shower had no pressure- double bed has a very bad mattress- single bed next to the window had a very hard matress
