Beautiful location; clean room; very nice to have kitchen and fridge access; very nice remodeling job

Water pressure was pitiful. They're planning to get it fixed, but that didn't improve our stay.

Beautiful view, great location, renovated facility. Our host and owner is friendly and helpful. Tasty breakfast. They have bigger plans for expansion!Currently, they have a sitting room and a bar.

Not a negative, just a heads up .if you are chilly, ask the owner to up the temp in your room (controlled centrally, not in room.). The Shetlanders are tougher than I am.

Location was great as a central point for driving around the islands, close to lerwick for shopping. The property was clean and comfortable, with breakfast included and self catering facilities , bar and lounge. The owner was was super nice, friendly and welcoming. If we revisit Shetland … we’ll stay again.

This was such a fantastic place to stay while we were in Shetland for Wool Week. David, our host, was extremely attentive and made sure we were right at home, showing us the place, asking what time was best for breakfast, and ensuring that the other guests (builders) were quiet while we were there. It is about 10 or 15 minutes outside Lerwick and the views were just absolutely stunning.

There was nothing not to like. I don't think they had an elevator if that will limit your stay. There are no lights in the parking lot but that just lets you see all the stars.

Excellent location. David was very accommodating. Would stay again. Comfy bed and unexpected nice breakfast.

Comfy beds, very helpful and pleasant host, good breakfast and exceptional views from the room. Fairly central location with access to all corners of Shetland. Will definitely stay again over other accommodation, great value! A*!

Breakfasts were good a nice change not to have a cooked breakfast. Bed was very comfortable had a great sleep.

The location is great for travels in all directions, except “night on the town”, and the view stunning! I was asked about preferences for breakfast and other needs. And their other hotel is “down the road” for services coming to this hotel/inn.

It’s a bit of travel for food, but this can often be picked up on the way back from excursions. Somethings can feel “strange“ if coming from other country, like low water pressure in shower or cold and warm taps at each end of sink, but things are generally different when travelling abroad.

Staff was very friendly! And the location was so beautiful!!
