Westciti Caroco Aparthotel is located in Croydon, 0.7 mi from Boxpark Croydon. The property is a 13-minute walk from East Croydon train station which offers a direct link to London Bridge and London Victoria train stations. Free high-speed WiFi is available. Early Check-in:- You can arrive anytime after 9:30 AM on your check-in day and wait in our lounge area until your room gets ready or you can leave your luggage with us and come later. Check-in time starts at 14:00, Early check-in to the room can be arranged at extra cost and is subject to availability. Parking :- We have free onsite parking which is available on a First come First serve basis and it is not guaranteed. Free street parking from 5PM-9AM Mon-Sat and Sunday free. For group reservations of 3 or more rooms, a Nonrefundable cancelation policy will apply. We provide free once weekly cleaning and change of all linens and towels. Additional cleaning, linen, and towels are available at an additional fee. Please note our buildings have multiple apartments which are different in shape and size and are on different levels. Please contact the property before if you have any specific requirements and we will try our best to accommodate it. Guests are required to show photo identification upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note all deluxe studio apartments have mini kitchens and are approx 20sqm. All our 1-Bed and 2-Bed apartments are equipped with fully furnished kitchens and they have a separate bedroom and open plan kitchen and living room and are located next door. Pros +
- Apartment equipped enough to spend some days with all services you might need (washing machine, microwave & oven, kettle, ironing, etc).
- Free breaksfast all you can eat. I love everything.
- The room was small and nice it wasnt the best set out as the tv was on the right ended up with neck pain watching it in bed
Cons -
- For the common kitchen facility, i think it is mandatory a dish-washer appliance, i don't find hand-washing very hygienic for a shared facility.
- The staff didnt give us fresh towels or top up any of the milk tea coffee etc.. the kitchen and sink was both blocked and on the first night kept hearing loads of running up and down the stairs slamming doors, shouting. Aswell as the second night had someone come knocking at our door at half 4 in the morning lasted quite a while.
