- Ideally suited for the purpose of my visit to Alton
- My room was noisy so I had to be moved. The advert said breakfast was available but it wasn't. No car parking spaces which were advertised. Very disappointing especially as I was told breakfast would be available next week!! What use was that. I think a refund of the charge would be appropriate.
