With a traditional restaurant and ale bar, this family-run hotel has a patio garden and scenic views. The Corbet Arms sits on the banks of the River Severn, just 5 minutes’ drive from Shrewsbury. The bright and airy bedrooms each have a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Rooms also feature an iPod dock, air conditioning and a private modern bathroom, and some have river views. The restaurant serves hearty home-cooked meals and world wines. Guests can enjoy light snacks and real cask ales in the cozy bar, and al fresco dining is available on the spacious terrace. Located in the picturesque village of Uffington, Corbet Arms Hotel is just 3 miles from Attingham Park. Free on-site parking is available, and Haughmond Hill and Haughmond Abbey are just a mile away.

Had a super time.
The rooms are extremely well furnished, spacious and modern. When you stay away a lot for work you come across tired rooms. Not here first class
The rooms were excellent, exceptionally clean, very modern. Food was also very good and a nice selection of beers. Overall a very good stay.

Cons -

When we arrived there was a singer in the garden for a very busy wedding, there was also an ale trail event so the pub was exceptionally busy - not what we were epecting but in the end it didn't have a big impact on our stay
