Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are advised to book spa treatments in advance, to avoid disappointment. Treatments can be booked by contacting the hotel directly. If an evening meal is required, guests are advised to book a table in advance. Reservations at the Manor Restaurant can be made by contacting the hotel directly. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note, there is an additional 20.00 GBP fee for the usage of the Leisure Club after your check-out at the property. Please note that only the single rooms have a walk in shower. The photos shown may vary on the room type. Please be advised of the following holiday hours for our facilities: 24th, 25th, & 26th December 2024 1st January 2025 Leisure Club: Operational from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Gym open 24 hours). Restaurant (25th December): Serving food until 5:00 PM, with the bar closing at 7:00 PM. Restaurant and Bar: Operating as normal on all other days.
