The staff. Very friendly. Except for one night there was a very rude old man running the front desk.

No fridge. The rotting wall under the window wasn't great. The fans in bathroom didn't work. The AC would turn off in middle of night . The stench on the hall omg !! The pool was unheated and the water level was very low.

The staff was absolutely amazing. They were so accomodatng. When we left, I almost cried because I felt as if I was leaving family.

The location required walking, taking the bus, taxi etc. But it was not too bad.

The room was clean and spacious and designed well for work.

Easy access to work place, electric charging point, friendly staff, warm and comfortable room.

A bit too expensive for where it is with no breakfast included.

Good breakfast, pleasant lounge area, lovely room.

Coffee in the breakfast machines was weak.

Lovely getting the family together in a nice, clean, friendly environment

Big comfortable bed in large room. View over lawn and woods. Iron and ironing board. Superb buffet breakfast.

I have faced problem first day couldn’t find [email protected] water all night and a day boiler was not working.it was ready disappointed.it was my first experience with holiday inn.which was not good .i think they should return one day stay money

Couldn’t have been happier with my stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and breakfast was excellent - a good selection of hot and cold options

Friendly and efficient staff where nothing was too much trouble and there was always a smile on their face. Exceptionally clean and spacious accommodation complete with air-con and wifi. Excellent selection of food available at the Restaurant but a bit on the expensive side especially if you you have family and are using the Restaurant for every meal!

Had issue with the shower and was given another room straight away. Staff were superb in sorting out the issue. Excellent breakfast. Good location. Parking free (nice, as some places charge residents extra for this!).

No lift (not an issue for me but may affect others). Coffee/tea facilties in room need to be relocated. Tray on bottom shelf of luggage stand, so had to be moved to access it and plug in kettle. For the room rate, I expected better, and complimentary biscuits at least. Hotel far too warm everywhere- could easily turn down their thermostat a couple of degrees in public areas without causing discomfort. Hotel undergoing a much needed refurbishment but work was currently being done on a different wing so didn't impact on my stay, fortunately. Was expecting higher standard of facilities for cost of stay (no criticism of staff though - they were excellent).

The prices of the drinks . They were different prices with each round of drinks . When questioned . I was told it is what it is

Very dirty, old and outdated hotel, not the nicest stuff, poor breakfast, highly overpriced both, room and bar/restaurant. We had to change room as first one was unacceptable (stains and hair on sheets, dirty towels) second one better, but still below expectations. Rooms with no fridge and furniture old and tired, wardrobe doors didn't open as scraping carpets. Generally, we would leave if not late arrival.

The staff were brilliant and incredibly attentive and showed special attention to my daughters.

The hotel is starting to feel slightly run down for a Holiday Inn. The Breakfast cook needs lessons in how to poach an egg!! Well over cooked and I believe they were done in a microwave!!
